Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

On August 8, I had tire and alignment services done. I was treated well by Lacy Sanker. She was polite and knowledgeable. She also made sure that I could use my coupons.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

Id payed 17,500 for it in 2017 Rav4 and when I traded it in I got 18,000 for it when I brought a new 2025 rav4,Keeps its value..... I had 2 2017 rav4 and got the same deal 18,000 for it. So I payed 32,000 for 2 rav4 2025...... 34,000 price minus the 18,000 trade in made it 16,000 each one. Like I like got 2 for the price of one.

I've hauled weight in this thing that would rival any truck and pulled a trailer that was double it's load rating. My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. I bought my used 2022 Maverick from Ricart and have been happy with their sales & service ever since! Always pleasant in the service department, went above & beyond when some grease was left on some things in the interior, detailed the whole inside and fixed the undercarriage cover (new hardware too) from getting my oil changed at a Firestone store (never again, Firestone😣). Their services are modestly priced, with some discounts too. Everytime I go to Columbus I drive through their car wash, works great! I will continue to use Ricart for purchasing and service😁

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

The whole process has been done remotely. It has been a little difficult to get questions answered. I have been dealing with the Used Car Superstore.

Not outstanding in any single category other than reliability, but rock solid overall. It's a rides nice, has a functional interior, looks good, and performs well. Certainly no negatives. The gas mileage has been 30+ overall and 35+ on the highway if driven at the typical speed limits. The only annoying feature is the auto engine off that has to be manually turned off with every start.

Haven't purchased a new car to me in over 8 years. Searched numerous used car sights looking for a large SUV. Saw a 2015 on their sight on a Thursday, contacted them (Jacob) on Friday. Explained I lived over an hour away and if I drove out to test drive I needed to know my terms and approval prior to leaving my house. Jacob and the finance team gave me an answer within an hour!! Drove out, seamless buying experience, they even gave me a "we owe" on a problem with the stereo. Just got my Navigator back after THEY spent close to a $1,000 to make it right!! I had a loaner free of charge the whole time 5 star rating from me for the way they treat potential and actual customers! Give Jacob in used car center a call! He knows how to treat his customers right!

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

I bought my 2001 RAV4 in 2010. It had 100,000 miles. I have put 125,000 more miles on it.. it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. I can still get 25 to 27 miles to the gallon. Doesn’t use any oil. The seats are very versatile. Can recline be removed or flip forward. It’s got a generous cargo area. And has been extremely reliable. The reliability and versatility outweighs the lackluster power. I paid 10,000 for it and could probably sell it for 10,000. Great car, and I’m hanging onto it. It’s now 24 years old.
