My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. Byers has earned our trust over the years - I used to bring in a Corolla for all required service and got over 360000 miles out of that car!

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. I recently purchased a car. After about a month, I noticed some grinding in my rear passenger tire. I gave my salesman Chris (Toyota west used cars) a call and told him what was going on. While it was a simple fix, one I probably could’ve done myself if I would’ve looked better, Chris had me bring it back in and the dealership looked at the car and took care of it. I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

This is for Ricart Business which is the site just across the street from the large new/used cars dealerships. This site repairs large business truck and motor homes. I have used their services for recalls and repairs on my Winnebago motorhome in ver past 3 years. The work is always first class and some has been warranty work without charge to me, and some non-warranty. The greatest thing about this part of Ricart(I don’t know the other part) is their warm and welcoming helpful way of doing business on phone and in person. They always want help me and do it right away and never make me feel like I’m interrupting them or they’re doing me a favor just to work for me. Can’t think of how to improve my experiences with them.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

Worked with Dave Bever to find a car for our son. Dave found multiple options and we ultimately purchased a Ford Fusion that fit into our sons budget, had low miles and a great maintenance record. Dave was very supportive, not pushy, and ensured we had everything we needed before leaving with the car. We did have on hiccup with our financing paperwork, originally the finance manager had our son purchasing the vehicle with a 19 month term but when we finished with all the paperwork it was 36 months, this was not a big deal as our son will pay it off in a year, but definitely confusing. We also had to have hit registration updated and played phone tag with finance for 2.5days but drove out to Toyota West and Veronica had everything updated in less than five minutes(she was also ahhmayzing) Our son has been beyond excited since having his first "new" car. We would definitely buy another car from Toyota West and Dave.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

I bought my used 2022 Maverick from Ricart and have been happy with their sales & service ever since! My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.
