I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Customer service was great! Nice guy and very brief. Answered all questions throughly. The car I purchased was nice and clean for a reasonable price. Car drives excellent.

My only issue is it uses a lot of oil they had a 2008 recall on oil consumption they did not do anything for the 2009 with the same. Uses a quart every 500 miles. Bad lower rings, Toyota knew that in 08.

Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.

I have bought many cars from dealers and individuals and I can say that CarMax doesn’t disappoint. We test drove the car and purchased it and drove it off the lot in less than an hour!

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Christopher Gist is an amazing sales person! I called him on Wednesday, inquired about a particular Tundra. We discussed minor details, the biggest being that I live more than five hours away! He assured me if I wanted the Tundra, I could have it and began working that instant! Not only did I get the truck I wanted, the options I wanted, the financing I wanted, but I also met one of the nicest, most fun salesman I have ever met! I actually had the feeling that me and Chris had been friends for years and he was trying to help me more than anything else! I would challenge ANYONE who is considering a new or used car to give Mr.Gist a call!

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I've always paid in full for my used vehicle because I didn't want debit worries. So this is my personal experience and I am grateful 🥲🙏!!! I love my 2013 RAV4. It runs great. I haven’t had any problems with it. The key is to always keep up the maintenance Toyota makes the best cars.

Toyota of Easley had the exact 4Runner I was looking for within a few hundred mile radius of me. Mary Beth immediately called me back to confirm. From there she was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. We used email, phone calls and even texts to communicate. Very easy to work with and it was actually a positive experience, even though we were 300 miles away! I would absolutely use this dealership again in the future even though I have another one 5 miles away from me.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Recently decided to purchase a new Scion FR-S. I sent emails to all dealers within a 250 mile radius of my house. As expected some did not reply, some just signed me up for spam, some wanted to speak via phone (despite my email only request), and a few listened and sent me a quote as requested. I drove down three days after first contacting them and picked up my new car. No unexpected surprises or service contract selling pressure, just a straight forward, great buying experience. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

Car is very reliable, i have had it almost 10 years. It has 155,000 mi Have replaced the normal things like brakes and tires. It has a stiff ride, changed shocks and struts and still stiff. which is the #1 disappointment. Between 45 and 55 it has a bad vibration..

Great value - lifetime warranty at slightly more than a 4 year battery - service was excellent- don?t listen to the operator on how long the wait might be - for battery change they were very quick

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

This was just a regular service appointment. It went as smooth as ever. I have never had issues with this dealership so far. All the service reps are friendly and helpful.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

Great experience. The sales woman was down to earth and very helpful. Sales mgr and Finance were easy to work with as well.

Oil changes cost too much. Other than that and replacing tires and battery which are both costly the car is great. Toyota is by and large a great company. I just wish we could keep costs down
