We just had our 2017 Ford Escape in for an oil change and its annual checkup. David Farmer the Service Advisor did an excellent job of putting up with 2 old cranky people who complained a lot about various little things. My experience was outstanding with Mathis Motors and their sales team. The salesman Jacob was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He responded nearly immediately and was able to work the deal in the moment. We were able to set it all up in 30 minutes or less. The SUV is exactly as described and was cleaner than any used vehicle and most new vehicles I’ve ever bought. I appreciate all they did. I would and will give them my business again.

My 2007 RAV4 V6 just died of overheating and a warped block at 420,000 miles. I'm sick over it. One of the best cars I've ever owned.

Bought new in 2018, have replaced battery and tires in 40000 miles. Been reliable but expected better gas mileage. 29 mpg hwy only 16 mpg in town.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. After having my Kia Soul stolen 2 times, the second time they totaled it, I wanted a good coar with better safety features. I got the Toyota, and I have had no regrets at all. Drives great, gives good gas milage, and performance, Starts right up, and offers the features I want in a car.

Went to look at a Rav 4. IT greeted me and asked what options were important to me. He answered my questions and explained everything to me. The financing part was painless. IT set up my phone for me and explained all the features of the car and showed me how they work. I did not feel pressure and the entire experience only took about 2 1/2 hours. I hope that my service experience goes as well.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Looked for a used Rav for 2 yrs. I finally found one online, lady owned. I contacted her, we went down to Midland, purchased it plus it happened to be my favorite color. I love it and also made a new friend.

I picked up a 2018 Limited for under $25K with 30K miles in like new condition. These cars are amazing. The engineering is as reliable as they come. It drives like it's on rails and the gas mileage isn't too bad with the powerful 4-cylinder engine. I also have a 2019 Highlander and I love them both. Toyota makes the best cars for fair prices.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.
