I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

They gave us a great deal and made the whole process seamless and easy! Highly recommended and already referred to family and friends who also got cars from them! Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

I bought a car from them in August 2020 and was very happy with them in many ways. They were very straight forward and very confident about their car. They were very helpful and nice at the same time not only the price was fair but, they even gave me a discount as well. These reviews are so surprising. It seems the newer cars are treated better than the older models, which is not good. I bought my Accent at Alexandria Hyundai, used, but not serioiusly (4,000) miles. Each appointment was different as far as customer service. Sometimes it was ready early, sometimes much later than promised, and other times right on time. The trick is not to leave a message with the receptionist or someone else in maintenance. Go right to the dealership manager. If they are not available right then, ask again and again to see the manager until you see them. Remember this is Covid-19 season. All services are delayed or forgotten from time to time. Services are overbooked and tempers are frayed. As far as MY Accent? Everything was taken care of, I got phone calls, the manager was so helpful and I will be replacing my Accent within the year for a newer model. I bought my beautiful 2007 light blue car with 4,000 miles. I now have 104,044 miles and the car runs like a champ! I've gotten major, expected repairs done on time and oil changes faithfully.. Don't give up on Alexandria Hyundai. Just know who to talk to. Like any other business. You'll get more accomplished with the Managers. If not, change dealers - just make sure to give them a chance to make it better. Happy New Year!

We searched all over Northern Virginia for a reliable used car for our college aged daughter. From the scary fly-by-night warehouse dealers in Chantilly to a dealer in Alexandria selling a car that had obviously been in an accident as a 0 accident vehicle. Eddie and the team at 1st Choice Auto were a breath of fresh air. It's a small team, not competing with each other, with a solid lot of inventory, and a focus on helping their customers find a vehicle. They engaged us in dialogue to understand what we were looking for, recommended a couple vehicles on the lot, then took us out to see their entire inventory. We found a great Toyota Rav-4 with some bumper damage. Eddie got the rear left bumper fixed and painted! Price was fair and process was well oiled. I will come here first to purchase my next used vehicle.

My only issue is it uses a lot of oil they had a 2008 recall on oil consumption they did not do anything for the 2009 with the same. Uses a quart every 500 miles. Bad lower rings, Toyota knew that in 08.

I brought my SUV from another dealership (not even one of their brands) in for service on what I knew was going to be an expensive bit of work. The service team was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was consistent and complete. They managed my expectations as they related to time and budget and delivered in my favor on both. Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

A lot of the other reviews go over build quality, features, comfort, etc.. Briefly I will say after being in this car for almost 9 years: the car (especially the XLE/sport model) is on the stiffer side and can be harsh. The upside is that it feels incredibly planted and there is minimal body roll. It is easy fun to take on windy roads with the "Sport" setting, which further tightens the ride. Road noise is not the best. Wind and tire noise is om the louder side. Materials are nothing super premium in the XLE, but the interior is built like a tank and has held up well. No electrical issues. The engine and transmission are fantastic. The small 4 cylinder makes the car sporty with 187 HP and it is also silent. It has a pleasant sound when accelarating and you hardly hear it. The transmission is a 6 speed, but is overall good. Smooth shifting in both sport and city driving. Reliability-wise this car has been absolutely fantastic. The car has been lazily maintained and is currently at 220,000 miles. It still drives and shifts very smoothly. This car is a sportier crossover. It is a good choice for somebody who wants more sport compared to say a CRV. It is and has been proven to be reliable though.

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

2022 Toyota RAV4 LE. I purchased this SUV new in 2022. It is the second RAV4 in our family of two. My wife purchased her 2018 RAV4 Hybrid limited new in 2018. She has depended on and enjoyed her SUV for 4 years now. Her experience influenced my decisions to buy a Toyota RAV4.

I have been using this dealer for over 10 years now. I have consistently always been happy with the service department for my jeep.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

On 12-23-24; I had the pleasure of working with Darren Badillo (sales rep), Corey Davis (GM) and Stacey from the finance dept. When I say I received A1 service would be an understatement. This dealership and the employees made buying a car seem like walking in a pizza shop and ordering a slice of pizza (that simple). We got started at 10am and I walked (drove) out at 10:48am with a 2019 Mercedes E53 AMG. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to buy at VINS MD and ask for Darren.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

I came in for the first service on my 4runner. Nick, the service advisor was very professional and got car done quickly.

A little too big for myself but I love this car. I had a used Rav4 before, drove about 10 years, loved it. Also I was able to sell it pretty high price ($4,500) comparing the year and the mileage (over 200,0000 miles). So that is one of the reason why I bought Rav4 again.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

My family has always been devoted and loyal Toyota owners for years. My dad had a Celica and a Corolla. My Aunt had three Camrys back to back 1999 LE Gold Edition, 2004 XLE , 2007 XLE and her daughter my cousin had Camrys as well and a black Camry Solara SLE V6. My sister today has a Corolla and so does my cousin. My Uncle has an Avalon. Toyota loyalty runs deep in our family. They have never let us down. The RAV4 is no exception from the Camrys and the Corollas. We had a 21 Camry LE that we bought new and eventually upgraded to the 22 RAV4 XLE. Loved the Camry also. The quality, reliability, resale value, and value you get of a Toyota is unbeatable! You just cannot go wrong with buying any Toyota.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.
