Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Zareh checked my car in for it's routine service, he was efficient and courteous. My car was ready in half the time he quoted me (awesome), and I took my car to be washed right afterwards. As I was washing my car, I noticed some caps were missing from my tires. I went back, and Zareh was the first to greet me. I told him the situation, and he immediately gave me four new caps, and even put them on my car. Zareh! You angel! Gave three stars for the facilities, they're fine. If you get there early you may even get a donut.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I recently purchased a car through Toyota of Hollywood and was taking care by a gentlemen named Ellis. I had been looking for a car for quite some time, and was hoping to find something close to my budget. Most dealerships were trying to up sale the cars they had (both new and used). Thankfully when I called in and spoke to Ellis, not only was he trying really hard to help me out through this journey, but was paying close attention to my needs and really worked with me to get a great car and a wonderful deal that I couldn't pass when comparing to other dealerships who were trying to sell me the basic version of the car I purchased from them. Ellis was extremely profession and and down to earth. He went so much out of his way to help me out, that he decided to stay an extra 2:30hr after closing time to wait for me in order to get the car, not to mention doing all the E-signatures to speed top the process. I would highly recommend this place and definitely speak to Ellis, he in a wonderful sales person to work with and really tries to help you the best he can. I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

The person that I had an appointment was not there because I was early. Someone else assisted and he was very nice and helpful. When we got in the car that I wanted he showed me different things about the car. He also let me take it for a test drive by myself.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

It’s a tank. So far V6 has been solid no issues with oil burn. Have been doing regular oil changes. Just recently replaced both front control arms due to worn out bushings. No other issues car has 160 K.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.
