Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale near Cottonwood Heights, UT

Loved my Outback from the beginning. However I was sure the salesman that sold me the Outback said I had a lifetime of oil changes etc. So when I brought it in the first time for a change, I was surprised to be charged and I did question that salesman. I am still sure that was part of the deal. Next thing was my transmission was leaking and I talked to an excellent CS lady last year. I got a rental and my SUV was fixed and I continue to love the Outback. Last Sunday, I noticed a leak on my garage floor same as before, so I immediately called on Monday to get my SUV back in to you. The last repair was done 3/2/22 so I assumed it would be covered under your warranty. I asked your CS rep, Dia to make sure it was before I drove all the way into Salt Lake. When she acted a little hesitant about the dates, I assumed. I asked her to verify her info with her supervisor, which she put me on hold and did. When I arrived at your dealership for the work, I was informed that it also had a 12,000 mile or 1 year. I was not told that. Your customer service was excellent. It appears it was not my transmission, but an O ring covered by warranty. They checked out my transmission, fixed the O ring, aligned and washed my Out back. I was very pleased and would now recommend you to anyone and would buy another SUV from you It does appear, that you listen to your customers. And I have learned to double check when someone tells me something is covered. I am impressed that your staff believed me. You have turned a not so satisfied customer into a valued one. Thank you. Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

Possibly one of the most serious and transparent dealers in the county, with very good practices and always willing to help you.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

If you are looking for an excellent, reliable crossover, the RAV4 is it. Also like the hybrid, as it is a major move toward eco-friendliness, getting great gas mileage

Excellent AWD Hybrid. So far getting at least 46 MPG. Seats could use a little more support. Outside of that, vehicle is all you could ask.

I bought a 23 RAV4 SE hybrid. It gets no lie 45 mpg in town. Live in Grand Junction Co. Got it at Western slope Toyota, a great place to buy your Toyota. Anyway, It,s a great Suv for the money. I would never go back to a just gasoline engine car.

My experience was incredibly wonderful. After communicating my maintenance concern, it was immediately addressed from going a test drive, recognizing the safety concern, taking my car to bay in order to diagnose the problem, and identifying the problem to fixing the problem. He was very helpful by answering all of our questions and when it came to purchase price it was by far the best price on the car. I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful.
