I’d done my homework and showed up ready to buy. Yaser was terrific. He came outside to greet me on a very hot day. Once inside, he was friendly and knowledgeable. The Sales Manager (typically Mr. Hard Nose) couldn’t have been nicer as well. Everyone at the dealership was in a good mood, smiling - and it was a Monday! After searching online for several weeks, they had just the car I was looking for (a used, one year old certified Toyota) and their pricing was competitive and upfront. The whole process took only about one and a half hours to complete (very fast) and they washed the car and filled the tank with gas before handing over the keys. Overall, a great experience. This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

New dealership looks great. They needed a bigger space. Did not really take to the person that assisted me. She was indifferent and was kind of a fast talker and a mumbler. Very dry personality. Love the new look and do enjoy a few of the people that work there but this experience was meh!!!

We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

Great to deal with, responsive, competitive , good communication and customer. While I postponed my decision on purchasing I would circle back when I decide to buy.

The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. Decided to leave this review, I have read lots of horror stories on Google/Reddit about bad car dealers and seen enough advice videos on YouTube on how to deal with slimy car dealers that you start believing there aren’t any good dealers out there. Now I cannot vouch for everyone, but I can say my experience with Alexandria Hyundai was pleasant and professional. I had been looking for a Certified Hyundai Palisade for a while which was less than 2 years old with less than 20K miles and I found one listed at Alexandria Hyundai. It was a 2024 with ~13K miles. The listed price was very close to what I would consider fair and within my budget. I emailed their Certified Pre-Owned team and was surprised to receive a quick response. Interestingly there was no attempt to force me into a phone call. They at no point asked me my phone number and ware happy to answer my questions and then provide a "out the door" price (After I had provided some of my details for them to calculate TAX/Registration etc.). I would like to point out that my search was extended 200Mile from my zip code and Alexandria Hyundai was on the edge of that 200 Miles. I am based in NJ and they are in VA. The quote they provided had no surprise additional costs, just the Price of the Car as on the website, TAX, Title/Registration and Documentation fees. They indicated they were not looking to haggle, but they were only slightly of the number I was looking for. I let them know that I was very motivated to close the deal, and they did move slightly to meet my budget. Their prices don't leave a lot of room for haggling, which is always good. I wanted to be certain that they would be honoring this quote as I needed to travel 200Mile to pick up the car and they confirm that, and they did honor it !! :) I ended up using my own financing, they tried to get me a better number, but my Credit Union had pre-approved me for a better rate. Here too I would like to point out, there were no pressure tactics; no last minute pressure to buy expensive extended warranty. An extended warranty was offered to me, but it was entirely my choice. Overall, I would say to some extent my faith in humanity is restored (At least I have utmost faith in Alexandria Hyundai). I would personally like to thank Eduardo Pozo who was patient with me and answered all my questions and was always quick to respond on email. I would also like to thank Peter Kim (Finance Manager) who helped me close the deal and had me out of the dealership in under 2 hrs. on a rainy Saturday. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alexandria Hyundai and their team!!

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

The 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid has been fun to drive, completely reliable and averages about 45 MPG in warmer months, 40 MPG in the winter. I.ve driven in the car in all conditions, from winter back roads in Maine to beach traffic in Florida. Plenty of room but not quite as much as my old Honda CRV. I have an LE and wish I had bought an XLE for the better seats and standard rear cross traffic alert. I use only the Apple Carplay for electronics and bypass the less relibable Toyota Entune system, plenty for what I need. Toyota is now addressing the early fuel shutoff problem by replacing the fuel sender and gas tank. Mine has this problem but I addressed by just putting the last couple gallons in slowly. I will be having my fuel tank and sender replace next week. This is the only problem I've had with the car, has not been a big deal to me. FWIW, the car was built in Japan and I have not had the other recall issues.

I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

We bought our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid brand new at the end of 2020. We have been so happy with this car. Of course, the gas mileage is great with the hybrid engine. The car is roomy, comfortable, and handles well. No complaints. We have taken it on several long road trips. It has been totally reliable, no issues with the maintenance.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is the first dealership I have been to that offers a life time warranty George was also very pleasant and personable. . It was over all a good experience

This car had all the extras, great on gas and extremely comfortable. It drove sturdy and always was reliable. I could carry multiple passengers when necessary and everyone had plenty of room, including my big dog!
