My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. I spent a lot of time searching for a specific color, make, and model. From start to finish Chris Trombley and everyone else I dealt with at automax to push this deal through were great. There were never any surprises. Communication was excellent and the transaction was as easy as it could be for buying a car out of state.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. We love this SUV. It is so comfortable and I love all the xtra's. I am so glad we purchased it. It is a pearl white. We love the toyota brand, the size, comfort and quietness. It is easy to get into and out of. We love everything about it.

This car had all the extras, great on gas and extremely comfortable. It drove sturdy and always was reliable. I could carry multiple passengers when necessary and everyone had plenty of room, including my big dog!

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.
