I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. We would highly recommend Westboro Toyota for great buying and service experience.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Felt welcomed the moment we walked through the door. Knowledgeable staff, great prices, spectacular inventory. We found the car we wanted. Frederick helped us with the car, he is everything you want in a salesman. Frederick listened to what we wanted in a car, worked with our price range, he wasn’t that typical car salesman you always hear about, he was great, truly caring. We will definitely return to Autobahn USA when we need another car.

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. Good value. Great gas mileage and dependable. Car handles well and has a good sound system. Like other Toyotas, it does have a slightly louder interior noise especially upon accleration.

We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

The 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid has been fun to drive, completely reliable and averages about 45 MPG in warmer months, 40 MPG in the winter. I.ve driven in the car in all conditions, from winter back roads in Maine to beach traffic in Florida. Plenty of room but not quite as much as my old Honda CRV. I have an LE and wish I had bought an XLE for the better seats and standard rear cross traffic alert. I use only the Apple Carplay for electronics and bypass the less relibable Toyota Entune system, plenty for what I need. Toyota is now addressing the early fuel shutoff problem by replacing the fuel sender and gas tank. Mine has this problem but I addressed by just putting the last couple gallons in slowly. I will be having my fuel tank and sender replace next week. This is the only problem I've had with the car, has not been a big deal to me. FWIW, the car was built in Japan and I have not had the other recall issues.

Gas mileage sums it up. Between 40-45 mpg. It’s a very solid vehicle. No problems at all. Very happy with this purchase. Plenty of pick up. Better then the all gas Rav

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. We bought our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid brand new at the end of 2020. We have been so happy with this car. Of course, the gas mileage is great with the hybrid engine. The car is roomy, comfortable, and handles well. No complaints. We have taken it on several long road trips. It has been totally reliable, no issues with the maintenance.

Had a great experience buying my Rav4 Prime from John T. He was prompt and responsive. Answered all my questions. Showed me all the special technology features.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

I requested information on a vehicle at Westborough Toyota and they were very responsive in an appropriate manner. While I did not end up visiting their location, I found them to be attentive and kind when I said I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Very good customer service.

This car had all the extras, great on gas and extremely comfortable. It drove sturdy and always was reliable. I could carry multiple passengers when necessary and everyone had plenty of room, including my big dog!

Really a joy to own and drive. High off the ground with 4 wheel drive. Great MPG. Love the heated steering wheel and the automatic rear lift gate.
