I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

I'm from Illinois and luckily I was paired up with Adam O'Connor over the phone as my salesman. He made my purchase very easy, he was beyond helpful, and most of all very thorough. Buying a car out of state can make you nervous but I did NOT have that feeling dealing with Adam. The entire staff was courteous as well. Good value. Great gas mileage and dependable. Car handles well and has a good sound system. Like other Toyotas, it does have a slightly louder interior noise especially upon accleration.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

We just purchased a 2020 RX350, Moonbeam Beige Metallic. This was our second Lexus from this dealership. One of the things which brought us back to this dealer was Phil Booth and our great experience with our previous Lexus. Like Mercedes, Cadillac and other luxury car dealers free carwashes are included when you purchase one of their cars. Unfortunately Performance RiverCenter is no longer including carwashes . In the past you just drove in told the Service Writer you wanted a carwash and head off to the waiting area. Your car got washed while you had a coffee and answered some emails. I was really surprised as was our sale rep to discover this valued service had been discontinued. I hope the dealer will reconsider their decision as carwashes was one of the things which helped the brand stand out agains other luxury brands.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

The 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid has been fun to drive, completely reliable and averages about 45 MPG in warmer months, 40 MPG in the winter. I.ve driven in the car in all conditions, from winter back roads in Maine to beach traffic in Florida. Plenty of room but not quite as much as my old Honda CRV. I have an LE and wish I had bought an XLE for the better seats and standard rear cross traffic alert. I use only the Apple Carplay for electronics and bypass the less relibable Toyota Entune system, plenty for what I need. Toyota is now addressing the early fuel shutoff problem by replacing the fuel sender and gas tank. Mine has this problem but I addressed by just putting the last couple gallons in slowly. I will be having my fuel tank and sender replace next week. This is the only problem I've had with the car, has not been a big deal to me. FWIW, the car was built in Japan and I have not had the other recall issues.

Stopped in looking for a reasonably priced used pick up truck. Found a 2023 Honda Ridgeline with low miles at a reasonable price on their lot. Called in and was put in touch with Tim. He was excellent to work with and meticulous in having all the necessary paperwork so the closing went smooth and on time.

If you are looking for an excellent, reliable crossover, the RAV4 is it. Also like the hybrid, as it is a major move toward eco-friendliness, getting great gas mileage

Jeff Jones did an excellent job not only finding a used car for our daughter but later called me after finding a vehicle for me too. We had talked to him about what we wanted and our budget and we were so happy when he called us with the perfect fit. PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

I was so happy that they stuck to the original price and I did not have to haggle about a price. I am very happy with the whole process and I love the car.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. Now I am free to go any distance and feel good about still lowering the use of fossil fuels. Lots of storage room, Sun/Moon Roof!! Good all around vision. Runs like a dream.

We bought our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid brand new at the end of 2020. We have been so happy with this car. Of course, the gas mileage is great with the hybrid engine. The car is roomy, comfortable, and handles well. No complaints. We have taken it on several long road trips. It has been totally reliable, no issues with the maintenance.
