She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

It could not have been easier to buy my car. I searched and found the car on cars.com, clicked check availability, and in a short time, I heard from Laura who was awesome. We love this SUV. It is so comfortable and I love all the xtra's. I am so glad we purchased it. It is a pearl white. We love the toyota brand, the size, comfort and quietness. It is easy to get into and out of. We love everything about it.

I had to take my car in for a major recall. Arron Dixon was my SA. He was very attentive and very professional in taking care of my car.The car had to sit at the dealership for almost 2 months while they wait for the parts to arrive. I was very apprehensive that my car would have some type of damage or scratch for sitting outside for so long or that some mechanic would want to take the car for a joy ride. Well when the car was ready, Arron washed the car and had me inspect the car. It was perfect like the day i bought it. I waited to give this review for a few months for fear that they did'nt do the work properly. So far everything is fine and no problems. Arron and his staff did a great job fixing my car right the first time.

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. Now I am free to go any distance and feel good about still lowering the use of fossil fuels. Lots of storage room, Sun/Moon Roof!! Good all around vision. Runs like a dream.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

Drove 400 miles to work with people with integrity. All the associates at Hertz Car Sales Stockton are great people, truly care about the customer experience not just making the most profitable deal. George Mihai has very friendly and kind from the start. Worked late night to help get photos to me and answered all my questions the entire way. Managers Miguel and Guillermo helped get me the most out of my finance goals. The finance manager Adriana I didn’t not expect to see until the very end. I spoke to at the beginning and she gave me the complete OTD price breakdown at the beginning which was the same when I arrived which was the same at the end. No hidden or surprise add ons or mark ups. They are all stand up individuals. Worked with 10-20 people in past few weeks at other deals, had bad experience with most of them. What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.
