We really didn't need a new (for us) vehicle but visited the dealer with a friend who was in the market. She asked me to drive this Rav4 hybrid and I was so impressed with its smoothness, quiet and features that we bought it. Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

Patrick Fox somehow made the experience of buying a pre-owned vehicle enjoyable (something I've never experienced). He listened carefully and genuinely tried to match the vehicle to my needs/desires. Never pushy and didn't try to steer me towards something more expensive, but at the same time did a great job of clearly explaining the pros and cons of the various Subaru compact SUVs I was considering. Patrick was very patient and engaged throughout the process and genuinely seems to enjoy his job. Kudos to White River Subaru for providing CARFAX reports at no additional charge - their transparency, combined with the fact that in many cases they sold and maintained these vehicles since they arrived from the factory (meaning they have excellent institutional memory of the car's history), went a long way in reassuring me about purchasing a used vehicle. Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

I bought a Gold Certified 2023 Rav4 Hybrid from Brian Fortier and found the whole experience to be simpler and more relaxed than any car buying experience I have had in the past. This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.

I had an incredible experience at White River Toyota. I worked with Alyssa Bruno and really appreciated how thorough and honest she was regarding helping me narrow down what I was looking for. She explained all the features, answered all my questions, and helped me set up the app connections before leaving the lot. I followed up a few days later with a windshield wiper issue and my vehicle was immediately brought into a bay, wipers fixed, and they removed all the ice and snow from the outside of the car. Very appreciated. I feel very confident I can contact them at anytime for assistance.

Gas mileage sums it up. Between 40-45 mpg. It’s a very solid vehicle. No problems at all. Very happy with this purchase. Plenty of pick up. Better then the all gas Rav

Working with Lincoln Newton was a pleasure. He went the extra mile to update a Highlander Hybrid Platinum that was in the dealership allocation schedule with the color and extras that we wanted. He beat a price from another dealership and provided weekly updates on delivery. He also facilitated all paperwork and that shortened the purchase time. Lincoln helped with the customer setups for phones and custom settings, providing a tutorial as he went. Excellent overall experience.

We love this SUV. It is so comfortable and I love all the xtra's. I am so glad we purchased it. It is a pearl white. We love the toyota brand, the size, comfort and quietness. It is easy to get into and out of. We love everything about it.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

I bought a 2012 Prius V from McGee. It had low mileage and was cosmetically in great condition inside and out. My sales person was very friendly and easy to work with, though not having many details about the car. I noted two items I wanted addressed before getting the car, and understood that one item likely wouldn’t be fixed as it was cosmetic and would be labor intensive to repair. I was fine with that. When i received the car I discovered that’s the defroster and several other buttons on the climate control weren’t working. Living in northern VT, that was a major concern for me. It took several conversations with several folks at McGee before we reached a resolution. The important thing for me was that they continued to talk as long as they felt I had a credible concern, and helped fund a reasonable solution. I have learned a lot in the process. And I’m happy with my car, which is being repaired later this week. You can tell a lot about a company by how they engage when there’s a problem. I’m very happy with my experience at McGee! Highly recommended!

I love my RAV4 Hybrid !! It drives like a dream and it gets really goo gas mileage. I will replace this one for another. This is the vest ride I have ever had.

Great car, had it for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Gets upwards of 40 MPG all the time. The only downside is the seats are not terribly comfortable, especially on long car rides.
