Used Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale near Robbinsdale, MN under $25,000

Five out of Five Stars plus ! We wanted to trade in our 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT in on something larger, and we already have a 2024 Outlander SEL that we purchased from White Bear Mitsubishi. Even though our car was in great condition, with only 21,000 miles, all of the dealerships gave us a low trade-in offer, (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) Carmax gave us a low offer to purchase. My wife posted the car on Marketplace. Angel Alvarado, (Used Car Manager at White Bear Mitsubishi), reached out to us with an interest to purchase. PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

Ease in handling, great gas mileage (40 mpg), and the ability to remove items from the back without having to lift up helps keep my back healthy.

I've owned mine for a couple of months. Lots of technology to figure out. As a hybrid, it's good on gas but also provides the "kick" I need when needed. I like all the automatic things like door locking, voice commands, etc. Drives smoothly as well. Good value. I'm happy with the car for sure...

Although the hybrid is best for Intown use I have put over 100,000 miles of highway miles with consistently good few mileage being over 30 with no problems whatsoever with this vehicle

The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

Our older Rav4 (2005) is much noisier by comparison and we really loved it until now.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. In the "auto world" you hear of a lot of things that can go wrong. Simply put - I trust these guys and I am back to buy again. This is a place, along with staff, you can trust.

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

We just purchased a Toyota Sienna and had an excellent experience at Rudy Luther! We found the Sienna on cars.com and connected with Kris Fox who promised to follow up as soon as the car was available for viewing. True to his word, he called us as soon as it was available, which was a good thing since someone else was interested and arrived just before us to test drive the car. Apparently as soon as the car became available several sales people, including Kris, were driving up to the warehouse to pick it up for viewing. We’re grateful for his quick action and communication so we were the second to view the car and decided to purchase it. Good value. Great gas mileage and dependable. Car handles well and has a good sound system. Like other Toyotas, it does have a slightly louder interior noise especially upon accleration.

I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

This car had all the extras, great on gas and extremely comfortable. It drove sturdy and always was reliable. I could carry multiple passengers when necessary and everyone had plenty of room, including my big dog!

Drove it from Roanoke to Pittsburgh and encountered snow. It handled the snowy road with ease. Rode well and had no safety concerns. The front camera got covered with snow and kept giving signals which was agitating. Overall a very stable car.

This car was a big upgrade from my 2011 Corolla, and I was looking for something with more room and newer features, but still great mileage. The Rav is fun to drive, great at handling roads even in bad weather, and the many features like lane assist, blind spot detection, and smart follow assist on cruise control are small but incredibly handy. I have had the car less than a month but feel like I’m discovering new features every time I drive! Toyota truly delivers a lot in this SUV package.

I swear it’s indestructible. I’ve put my rav through a lot and she still works so well, no problems! I even forgot to change the oil once and went 10,000 miles in between changes and the car is fine! I don’t know how, and the suspension holds great too! I had it for two years it was hard to let go of, it’s so reliable great in the snow and it starts really quietly.
