Service center was friendly. Service advisor was helpful. Service, however, was not accomplished in a timely manner. The scheduled finish time was not met .However, repairs were good.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

Extremely stable and smooth ride. Good sound system. Ready availability of dealers, service, parts, etc.. Quite comfortable seating. Very extensive owner's manual. Very effective safety features.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

Great car with good quality. Like all cars today, the price has escalated to make it almost unaffordable. And in Jan 2023 when there was an inventory shortage we were forced to pay an extra $7k for extra dealer installed options that we didn't really need. Its really just a high profit margin package to increase their profit. But we needed a car then and still had to wait for 4 1/2 months to get one.

Been dealing with this dealership since 2002 when I bought a new Jeep Liberty and now many Jeeps and 22 years later I still go back and get the great customer service and friendly atmosphere since day one. 2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. What sold me on this car: not all screen, some buttons Kick open trunk Good mpg Reliability of Toyotas Overhead 360 camera Past success with Toyota Spare tire in hidden compartment in trunk Negatives I have found out since buying it: For shorter people, hard to keep heel on floor unless seat is all the way up Uncomfortable drivers seat. I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I requested information on a vehicle at Westborough Toyota and they were very responsive in an appropriate manner. While I did not end up visiting their location, I found them to be attentive and kind when I said I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Very good customer service.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

Really a joy to own and drive. High off the ground with 4 wheel drive. Great MPG. Love the heated steering wheel and the automatic rear lift gate.

Service department is great. Always kept informed and given details on my vehicle. This is my preferred Toyota dealer when servicing my car. I can always get an appointment the next day when necessary

The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

I love everything about this car! I had an all electric Leaf for 10 years and was very happy with it, However, there was too much limitation on how far I could go. Now I am free to go any distance and feel good about still lowering the use of fossil fuels. Lots of storage room, Sun/Moon Roof!! Good all around vision. Runs like a dream.
