hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Katy Toyota rocks! Here's a shout out to Marci Simpson, who helped us better understand the many options for leasing one of their new cars. She was pleasant and friendly and a delight to work with. Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. I highly recommend going to the dealership and asking for Rommel , he is the best salesperson we have ever had at this location. He listens to your needs and works with you to make sure you get the best deal possible. He is not pushy and help you close the deal. We almost did not return after our last visit but we came back with him and were not dissapointed.

Fast oil.change on the peak day - Saturday morning !!! My first time here at this dealership...really impressed me. Done in 55 mins especially on Saturday morning. While the other Toyota dealership - Sterling McCall on SW Freeway IH-59, it took them 3 hours before I can get my car back just for an oil.change...that why I decided to do my oil change here at Fort Bend Toyota dealership..
