My wife and I went in to buy a new car. Favian Frias and Edwin Lugo helped us. It was a great experience. There was no pressure and they took the time to answer all our questions before we made our decision. Once we decided, the exact car we wanted was not in stock. They worked like crazy and located what we wanted at another location and arranged to have it brought to their dealership so we could get what we wanted. The vehicle arrived after closing, but Favian drove the car to our house that night to deliver it to us. Awesome service and dedication. They made buying this car fun. I recently had service/maintenance done at Autonation. Service Advisor Dave Steinmetz did an excellent job of explaining service needed. He kept me apprised of repair progress & costs. He also followed up, to ensure repairs were performed correctly. My Tacoma drives much better. The online appointment process makes it very easy to schedule maintenance

The facility is clean with complementary drink. The price, the car, the cleaness of the facility, and customer service. I love them all.
