We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

Because Tyler the Wolverine Deserves a Cape (and Probably a Raise) Let me just start by saying?I came into this Chevy dealership ready to test drive a car I found online and roll out like a boss. But? the car was awful. Like, ?Oh no, absolutely not? awful. Enter Tyler the Wolverine, who did not run for the hills when I turned into an indecisive, mildly neurotic car shopper (bless him). Instead, he rolled up his sleeves and got to work finding me something that actually made sense for my life. We had a few tech gremlins pop up in the process (as they do), but Tyler stayed calm, professional, and relentlessly positive?like some kind of car-selling, problem-solving spirit animal. Just when I thought I was leaving with one electric car, boom, last-minute glitch, and we had to switch cars at 8:30 at night. Did he panic? Nope. AJ the finance wizard came in clutch and had the paperwork handled like a boss, explaining everything with patience and clarity?even while the clock was ticking. And then?because life loves drama?I left with barely any charge in my new EV. Tyler literally handed me cash for a nearby charger (legend), and when I pulled up to the station? HE WAS ALREADY THERE. After hours. At night. Walking me through the charge process like it was just another part of the job. But wait?it gets better. I live in a small town with very limited charging options, so when things got a little tricky, Tyler (aka Wolverine) drove on his own time on a SUNDAY and overnighted me a charger. Who does that? Seriously. Also huge shoutout to Anthony, the first person I started with. He had a doctor?s appointment the day I came in but STILL stopped by afterward just to meet me and help. He and Tyler truly teamed up like Marvel superheroes and helped me every step of the way?through the charging chaos, the car switcheroo, and all the wild in-between. If you want a dealership that treats you like a real person (even when you?re slightly frazzled and running on vibes), ask for Tyler and Anthony. They went above and beyond in ways that you just don?t see anymore. And if Chevy doesn?t give them a raise, I will personally start a petition.

Finally pulled the trigger and purchase a brand new Sequoia about a year ago. It has been a dream. Roomy, reliable and comfortable. A true family vehicle. We use it for transporting hordes of kids, skiing and road trips. We'll enjoy it for many years to come.

My 2014 is the 2nd sequoia owned, actually loved the 2002 I had better (slightly smaller). It would be great to have a removable 2nd row center console w optional purchase bench seat. I?d buy it to make it a 8 seater.

From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. Though I live out of state, I will definitely contact them if I am ever in the need for another automobile. We recently sold our 100 series land Cruiser and while we absolutely loved it while we owned it. I have to say that our 2021 limited Sequoia is everything that our 100 series LC should have been. Sure I miss how amazingly over built and reliable our LC was and not to mention the status quo of owning a LC. But the pleasure of having room to fit the entire family, 2 dogs and all of the gear we need for family outings, we simply could not get with our 100 series. The Sequoia even has features our LC didn't. Its cavernous inside, ridiculously comfortable and more cost effective to maintain than the LC. The Sequoia has the same Toyota reliability and V8 power as a LC and towing capacity is more than adequate for our needs. The Sequoia has just enough electronics to meet our needs without all the doodads we don't care for. The Sequoia interior for us, is the perfect combination of luxury, functionality and simplicity. We yearn for the days when 4wd's were 4wd's and didn't cost as much as a down payment on a house. The LC believe it or not got the same MPG roughly than our Sequoia does now and its lifted on 35's. The Sequoia has the almost the same 4wd system as the LC and trust me when I say the Sequoia has gone everywhere our LC has taken us. We are Toyota fanatics who presently own a 4runner and a Tacoma and have owned previous generations of both platforms. The Sequoia simply checked all the boxes for our family needs and at $30,000 or $40,000 less than a 200 series LC (USED). Our 2021 Sequoia is the best Toyota product we have ever purchased for our family and hands down the best bang for our buck, especially with inflated car prices.

There is no full-size other SUV that offers a true third-row and excess room for cargo behind it. Most SUV boast a third row, but the bench height is 4 inches off the floor. Passengers have to travel with their knees in their chests. It’s an awful experience. The Sequoia third row bench height is 18 inches off the floor. Adults can ride back their comfortably. The second row bucket seats in the Platinum version is the most comfortable ride in any car - spacious leg room and ceiling height and a wide center console make this car ideal for long road trips. Back up camera make this baby easy to park in tight spots. Bought my first Sequoia in 2007 and the second one in 2013. I drove multiple full size SUVs including Tahoe, Denali, Escalade, and Mercedes GLA. Nothing compares to the Sequoia Platinum for the money. You can have it all.

2024 Sequoia Platinum.....We love it!! ( although not necessarily the hefty price tag!!!!) It has Plenty of power, lots of bells and whistles and very comfortable and safe. Advertised Gas milage advertised seems a little deceiving, but all in all a great vehicle!! Lots of fun to drive.

This is my second sequoia, my son still drive #1, it has 275,000 miles on it and just keeps on going. #2 my current sequoia is rock solid, 95K miles, drives like new. Tows my 5,000 pound boat with no issues. Geat 4 wheel drive, super snow mountain car. very comfortable on trips. only downside is MPG I get about 15 mpg.

Love the my Sequoia. No negatives to report. 100,000 plus miles and runs awesome. No major issues. Tahoes, Suburbans, and others are everywhere. Not many Sequoias on the road.

This SUV has been a great, reliable vehicle. Many options for more people to ride. We had a box on the top and it work d great. We towed a raft with no issues. We actually sad to sell it but we are downsizing due to grown kids.

I arrived at 7AM to have my car serviced. I was immediately met and greeted and my information was taken down. Great customer service.

When we bought, our three most important factors were reliability, reliability, and reliability. (We have owned a 2006 Sequoia, bought new, and we are keeping). Both vehicles 'only' get 18MPG on the road, ~~~14MPG in town. But both are very comfortable, safe, AND RELIABLE. (Low cost of maintenance/repairs are a big plus, too.)
