I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. This car is just what we needed! Lots of space and leg room. Not much “trunk” space and pretty terrible gas mileage, but we knew what we were getting and get that the benefits outweighed those 2 issues.

Purchased a new Wrangler this week. Came from out of state because they had the best prices! From start to finish I was absolutely pleased!!!! We bought this with 21k on it. It's a really stylish looking ride. We understood the rear cargo issues folks are having when we bought the vehicle. It works fine for us. The car came with a tow hitch and we have a carrier for that area to hall extra luggage. The fuel economy doesn't compare to the ratings given by the manufacturer, but for the size and power of the car it's quite good. We average 18 to 19 all the way around.. The car rides great for it's size and is very comfortable and the seats are very spacious. So far we are very pleased with this car. One note. Every person in the reviews talks of wind noise at 55MPH. It surely is a problem Toyota needs to look into. We like the car so much that we are willing to overlook this one issue. BUT it is a real issue. This is where the luxury of the car disappears.

My sales man was Sam, he was respectable, honest, and overall pleasant to be around. He showed integrity, I didn't feel as if he was trying to Hagel and play trickery games in order to get a sale. Desperate for a redesign, the Sequioa has been the same from 2008 to 2020. I guess Toyota didn't want to change a good thing. Overall, the SUV is very good. Fits everything and everyone comfortably, plenty of power and tow capacity.

2024 Sequoia Platinum.....We love it!! ( although not necessarily the hefty price tag!!!!) It has Plenty of power, lots of bells and whistles and very comfortable and safe. Advertised Gas milage advertised seems a little deceiving, but all in all a great vehicle!! Lots of fun to drive.

My 2014 is the 2nd sequoia owned, actually loved the 2002 I had better (slightly smaller). It would be great to have a removable 2nd row center console w optional purchase bench seat. I?d buy it to make it a 8 seater.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

My issue with this car is not the car itself. It’s the Toyota dealers that have them. (WHEN) These ROACHES think they found a Diamond they have no disgrace. They add 10k to the already overstimulated price tag. A Toyota (doesn’t matter which kind) should not cost $80k, $85k, $90k, $95k dollars! It’s disgusting. When paying nearly $100 thousand dollars. I’d rather a S class. I really would, I’m sorry. These prices are just absurd. And the reliability on a twin turbo hybrid engine? You gotta be out of your mind. After 120k miles. Run for your lives. Toyota is no longer Toyota. I am sorry to say.

Well, its been 3 months and I finally love this car, my black TRD Sequoia called 'Dahkness'. There are a few frustrations, and I am still overwhelmingly and increasingly thrilled. At first I was a little 'whatever' or 'its okay', but now I am actually pumped. She's grown on my despite some of her silliness. I have read a bunch of reviews and this is my first Toyota, so I have no basis for what other vehicles in their line-up handle like, but I'm overall happy with the handling, acceleration, and style in general. It drives like a truck, which I expected and can't complain at all. Although I have the TRD, I still think she is a much more family oriented car than an off-road legend. This thing does have an epic driver's screen that makes every other car you drive seem puny. I came out of a LWB Range Rover so I lost my massage seats and a couple other cool bells, so anyways, I don't think the seats are very posh for a really expensive car, but I suppose they aren't uncomfortable. Also coming from a Range Rover, a way more expensive vehicle that everything breaks on, this Sequoia is going extremely smoothly. No issues of any kind. The bad: -WHY THE xxxx did you all ditch the rear gate window that everyone loved! Now we have a glass hatch... horray - Mileage economy is criminally overstated - the 3rd row seat is completely useless and makes the rear storage also dismal and dysfunctional - The 'amazing' JBL system... actually stands for Just Below Lousy. Cranked alllllll the way up you can clearly hear the person next to you speaking softly. That shouldn't happen. I ripped it out the 2nd week I owned it and now I LOVE my sound system. - Dealer got 10k over sticker - I still don't have my second key in the mail yet, because somehow Toyota couldn't keep up with the key demand for new vehicles and new cars only come with one until supply recovers Don't buy this car if you have 4 or 5 children, don't get this vehicle because of it's advertised MPG economy, and don't get this because you think the JBL sound system will be impressive... Get this car because it is easy to drive, safe, reliable, and because you want to spoil yourself a little every time you start the car, without driving something as garish as a Range Rover. I'd change a couple things, but nobody gets everything. I love it.

She also provided MUCH more information than any of the male sales people I encountered. I am genuinely sorry I couldn't work with the car she had available.

I love my 2021 RAV4 but was considering trading for a newer model because a warranty issue was not well explained by another dealer. Miller had a 2024 on Cars.com at a reasonable price. To my surprise, instead of pushing the sale, the manager listened and showed me how the issue had been resolved. I will definitely go to Miller the next time I am looking to trade and/or buy a Toyota and for service. That's good customer service for the long term.

It’s been an amazing SUV to own. It makes great power while still driving like a luxury vehicle! The seats are incredibly stylish and comfortable. The safety features also make me feel very safe behind the wheel of such a large vehicle. But it’s not hard to drive and the lane keeping assist works very well. Overall I’m very happy with my Sequoia!

They were kind and efficient. The battery was weak because they had the car for a while. They replaced the battery after the sale was finished.

Aaaahh! Where to begin, very spacious, love the way it drives, luxurious! Love the safety features, auto headlights and all the storing compartments. Love the wood work in it, don't have all the space to type all good stuff that the Sequoia has, but I love it all 😄

I have owned a lot of trucks in my life, and I am a loyal Toyota fan. The Sequoia was my first half ton Toyota truck. Purchased my 2016 Sequoia SR5 used in 2021 at 81,000. It is now a week away from 2025 and 156,000. This truck is a beast and I love it. Purchased to haul the family around and tow a small horse trailer. I couldn't be happier with her. Tons of leg room, incredible reliability, comfortable for long trips, tows like it's her business, and she never disappoints. We have only needed to invest typical maintenance / upkeep expenses and tires. Sure, the gas mileage could be better, but it's the expected gas mileage for comparable engines across all manufacturers. The only annoying thing is the Toyota 'rattle' that is common with several models. The license plate sometimes rattles and the noise is annoying (throw some foam strips under the license plate to fix). The 2016 model year is a solid truck.

This is a great SUV! It?s reliable in the snow and sand and in between. This is very roomy for 8 passengers and all your gear. For a V8 the gas mileage is decent. This is our 2nd Sequoia and expect to own it for 10 years!

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. Keep up the good work!
