The dealership itself was clean, and the staff was welcoming. I drove nearly 60 miles to get there, and it was worth it. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go upon my arrival. There were no games and no bait-and-switch tactics; the numbers matched exactly what we discussed upfront. I highly recommend this leadership team!

I haven't had many car buying experiences so I was a bit nervous when I went to visit Darcars. However, once I met the salesman Moe Makadji, all my nerves went away. He listened to us and answered all of our questions with honestly. He really knows his stuff. He also wasn't afraid to admit when he didn't know something, but was quick to learn and find out the answer. Even though our dream car wasn't there the first day we visited, Moe kept in touch with me. A week later, he let me know they had another car that came in that was exactly what I wanted! 6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful.
