6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. The sales professional in particular, Mr. Luis Cortes, made the experience very easy and enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He guided me through the buying process. Recently in the market for a used car. Found one online, and after a little issue with locating the key, we were able to take it for a test drive and purchase it. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Dealership was clean, comfortable, and pleasant.
