It was a pleasure dealing with Elvin and Tanner at Keystone Motors. We live in Western NY and searched far and wide for a van that met our criteria, which included originating in a Southern state, or a state with roads not exposed to winter salting. Elvin was friendly and conversational when I called about the van after seeing the listing online and provided me with great information. When we arrived at the dealership after driving 4.5 hrs we found the van in the condition described. In fact, it seemed even better. They sent us out on a test drive alone so we could really focus on getting to know the van and checking it out. We went on to check out another van that afternoon and Tanner held the van for us without a deposit until we confirmed with him that evening that we would purchase it the next day. The purchase process was easy and streamlined and Tanner even waited with us at the notary for our transport tags. There were no processing fees and they stuck to the price they gave me over the phone before we drove down which they had lowered from the original listing price. They did not present any unwanted add on warranties or guarantees, just a great vehicle in great condition. The work they had done to it was very professional. I drove it the 4.5 hours home and didn't have a single worry.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.
