My wife and I recently purchased a new Sienna, which we enjoy driving. Last week I brought it to Byers for scheduled service since we are planning on a driving trip to visit relatives in other states. I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting.
