I was out looking for a new Highlander Hybrid and decided to try Falmouth Toyota. 3 years ago I bought a certified Highlander from High and it was a nightmare when they cornered me in the back office. I met Brian who said I would have to get on a long list because they were in such demand. Someone dropped off the list and he found me one in a little more than a month. No pressure and they kept me informed as to where it was in transit and they never asked for a dime until it was delivered and I picked it up. The sales manager and business manager was also great to deal with. I had service with my 2018 Highlander and the service department is the best.

I bought a used 4Runner from Findlay Spokane with Riley as my sales associate. I can't speak highly enough of the integrity the used car sales team has. After the sale an issue developed with the vehicle I bought that required some repair work not covered by the warrantee. I recently purchased a 2025 4Runner from Modern Toyota of Boone and I can't say enough about the professionalism of my Sales Advisor, Kevin P. He patiently answered the multitude of questions I had regarding the vehicle and overall created a very pleasant buying experience. I wanted to purchase some accessories for the vehicle and have them installed. There were a few hiccups concerning part availability when I arrived for the installation, but my Service Advisor Alura C. made it right. I appreciated the actions she undertook to have correct parts shipped to the dealership and for them to be promptly installed. I had purchased an older 4Runner from Modern of Boone in 2011 and I can honestly say that the high level of service provided then is still the standard they operate under today.
