This Dealership gets high marks in every category of customer service. With RMS Motors, details matter, and they proved that to me over the 30 day period it took to make my final decision. Other dealers I had inquiries with were "one and done". Not RMS. They were consistent with their communications over that period. The end result, I got the car I had been looking for. I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

Best buying experience ever. Used Smartpath and found the Rav4 Plug in Hybrid and the date it would arrive. All the numbers were done thru text. Afterward, Kevin kept me informed about status of vehicle. When it came in, they picked me up at the Pittsburgh airport. Had me in/out and on the road pretty quick. I had already filled out credit app on their website. All paperwork was ready to go. Car was cleaned, inside showroom and ready to hit the road. Kevin and his team did everything right. Couldn't be happier. 5 stars from start to finish.

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

My husband and I just purchased our third used car from Toyota of Boardman and Dick Bell. We made an appointment to come in and look at the Telluride - he had it all ready to test drive when we walked in. Every step was smooth and he always goes above and beyond. We live in PA and the dealership handled all of the paperwork for us, except for the inspection - PA won't let anyone else do that. Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.

Gregg was EXCEPTIONAL! We didnt know him prior to arriving at the dealership but as soon as we met him he made us comfortable and like we were old friends. My 2010 had 317,000 miles when I bought my 2021. I absolutely love the changes that toyota has made. My 2021 is a perfect truck for comfort and reliability.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.
