Fantastic dealership to work with. We wanted to order a 2026 Corolla about a month before they were to go into production. Nick Zaccone assisted us in placing the order. He patiently listened to what we wanted and didn’t want. He placed the order. The vehicle came in within their estimated time, and it was exactly what we ordered. When we arrived, Denali had all the forms ready and thoroughly explained everything we were signing, making the paperwork ordeal very pleasant. We were impressed that a couple of other sales representatives who were not involved in the process stepped in and helped us understand the operations of some of the vehicle’s new features. Though their dealership is fifty miles from our home, we will gladly make the trip again for our next vehicle.

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. Dahylene and Ariel and Zack Z were absolutely awesome! They were so helpful and made the whole experience quick and easy. I was in and out with a new car in under two hours. That never happens but it will here at Toyota of Clermont!

In Ocala from CT. Getting ready to head home, and noticed coolant was LOW. Spoke to Casandra from Service. She was EXCELLENT - professional, helpful, knowledgeable. Told us to bring our Prius in, and they topped off all of the fluids, and inspected our car NO CHARGE. No other dealer would be this GREAT, and extend such a COURTESY! If we move down here we WILL BUY our next vehicle from Gettel Toyota!!!
