There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. I was a little apprehensive after not using a dealership for so long but with my new to me Toyota RAV4 I went to the dealership for 40k service. Naz was my service representative. I cannot say enough good things about him and he way he took care of me. I want to have him as my rep every time. He is one of the major reasons I will go back. The other is the waiting area. The theatre is amazing and a very good way to pass the time. The seating area is comfortable with enough seating for everyone plus more.

Only negative from this experience is the time it took. I know the dealership?s service department is busy but almost a 3 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment seems long.

This is the best dealership with awesome people. Bruce is the greatest. Ask for him. He works hard at helping you get into a vehicle. I have bought 3 cars from him. I trust him. The experience from beginning to end is the best!! Bruce is honest to a fault. You won’t be disappointed!

Hello Andrea and Jason was great I loved there customer service it was amazing I would recommend them to a customer they where really patient and they answered all questions so you understand. If I have to do it all over again I would really want to deal with them.

They no longer give free FLAVORED coffee and popcorn. Two things I throughly enjoyed whenever I would need anything done to my car. However customer service was on point. And the price was very reasonable. I didn't like being charged a SHOP FEE, I FEEL IM BEING NICKLED AND DIMED TO DEATH.

Love the perks. I also love the new upgrade on their system. Photos or videos of things that are potentially wrong with the car. I was happy with this. They keep me informed.
