I came in with my father a couple weeks ago to look at the Ford Bronco. We ended up passing on it, but Omar assisted us. When I came to look at at a RAV4 we had Omar again. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and he was able to make the purchase less stressful. I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! This last Friday I went to Rick McGill Toyota to look at buying a used 2004 Ford F150 that I had talked to Siera about. I drove the truck and looked it over and decided to buy even though it had a check engine light on. On Saturday morning I had the computer checked and the reason for the light was a timing issue with the fix being timing chains replacement or engine replacement. I don't believe anyone at the dealership knew for sure because it had just recently been traded in. So, I went straight back to the dealership, even though I had made the deal on Friday along with all the paperwork....the truck was mine. I asked to talk to someone in charge and Rick McGill came over and talked to me. He was very concerned that the situation even happend and wanted to help. He kept the truck and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They called me on Monday afternoon and said they would not be able to sell me that truck and wanted me to come back and talk to them about a different truck and gave me a 2010 Ford f150 4wd....a truck that was 6 years newer than the one I brought back. To make a long story short, I made several friends over the last 6 days. Have a super honest dealship that I will return to in years to come and left there this afternoon feeling great.. If you don't give Rick McGill a shot, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your car buying expierence. I now own the 2010 F150 and my payment only went up by 29.00. I am writing this in the best mood I have ever been in when I have had to deal with a car dealership. Do yourself a favor.....go see John Bushmann....my salesperson and get the highest level of respect from a dealership that has shown that they really care. From OWNER, to FINANCE MANAGER. to SALESMAN. these folks know how to treat their customers.
