We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

We drove from Florida to buy our new 2026 Toyota Tundra 1794. I saw this vehicle online, I asked if the vehicle was available and Sulayman Nyang called me back right away. I explained to him we wanted to trade our 2023 Toyota Tundra Platinum and I wanted to know if we could make the deal over the phone and he said yes. This made our purchase very easy. I sent pictures of our current truck, within a short amount of time he replied back with a great price and trade in allowances for ours. We agreed on the price and we drove from Florida to Ohio to make the purchase. Once we arrived he greeted us at the door, we were in and out within a few hours. We could not be more pleased! This last Friday I went to Rick McGill Toyota to look at buying a used 2004 Ford F150 that I had talked to Siera about. I drove the truck and looked it over and decided to buy even though it had a check engine light on. On Saturday morning I had the computer checked and the reason for the light was a timing issue with the fix being timing chains replacement or engine replacement. I don't believe anyone at the dealership knew for sure because it had just recently been traded in. So, I went straight back to the dealership, even though I had made the deal on Friday along with all the paperwork....the truck was mine. I asked to talk to someone in charge and Rick McGill came over and talked to me. He was very concerned that the situation even happend and wanted to help. He kept the truck and gave me a loaner for the weekend. They called me on Monday afternoon and said they would not be able to sell me that truck and wanted me to come back and talk to them about a different truck and gave me a 2010 Ford f150 4wd....a truck that was 6 years newer than the one I brought back. To make a long story short, I made several friends over the last 6 days. Have a super honest dealship that I will return to in years to come and left there this afternoon feeling great.. If you don't give Rick McGill a shot, you are doing a disservice to yourself and your car buying expierence. I now own the 2010 F150 and my payment only went up by 29.00. I am writing this in the best mood I have ever been in when I have had to deal with a car dealership. Do yourself a favor.....go see John Bushmann....my salesperson and get the highest level of respect from a dealership that has shown that they really care. From OWNER, to FINANCE MANAGER. to SALESMAN. these folks know how to treat their customers.

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. Damian has the heart of a servant, and the gentle persistence it takes to succeed in Sales. As I told him in person, I was buying from him as a professional courtesy. Well done!
