He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. Upon arrival at service department I was greeted promptly at the vehicle and turned it over to Russell and Aubrey who reapplied the protective coating on the windshield which took about 30 minutes. Excellent job and great service.
