I went to the Toyota store with a friend that was buying a new Tacoma today and was really impressed. Clear, simple, different was more like clear, simple, exceptional! I’m not one to write a review but had such a great experience as a guest I had to report it. The sales persons name was Megan who is normally in the Lexus store. She was ready for us when we arrived and she was great.

Bought a TRD Pro 4Runner from West Herr and I’m extremely satisfied. Both sales and finance were top notch-professional and courteous without the feeling of being pressured to buy. I visited Hoselton Auto Mall on 2/12/24.I have purchased my last two maurno's from Hoselton and have always had a wonderful experience and have been pleased with the sales staff and the vehicles I purchased.I was introduced to a wonderful young man Luis Aguilar a natural born salesman who has a great personality.I was also introduced to sales manager Tim Maier. Both Luis and Tim took the time to listen to me and the type of vehicle I was looking for.Although that vehicle was not at hoselton at this time I am hopeful that Luis and Tim will find me that vehicle.

Nicole at Hoselton Chevy was fantastic. Although I did not purchase it will be the first place I return when I need a new vehicle. Nicole was very knowledgeable on the Traverse and Silverado and a pleasure to work with.

I have a new leased RAV4 and found a nail in the tire with less than 300 miles on the car. They are currently shingling roofs in my condo complex in Victoria so this must be the source. Erica and the service department helped me with getting a replacement tire based on the tire coverage I had signed up for, on the lease. Everyone in the service department was knowledgeable and helpful, making the situation resolve in a very positive manner. Excellent customer service!

Our initial contact person responded quickly to our online inquiry ( Sarah).We made an appointment which was confirmed by(Savanah).Joe met us at the door . He walked us through the sales process and arranged the test drive. Working out an agreement of sale he walked us through the rest of the process, explaining our requirements. We returned a couple of days later to pickup the pickup. We are very satisfied with the staff we met and the vehicle we purchased.
