Used Toyota Tundra trucks for sale near Argyle, TX under $30,000

I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

I love my Tundra which I have owned for 12 years and over 100,000 miles (now at 155,000 +). I just spent $2650 to get the frame repaired from corrosion. The area just forward of the leaf spring mounting has a plate mounted on the inside with rivets holding it to the main portion of the frame. This creates a space where water can remain and cause corrosion. My truck is babied and garage kept and still suffered this issue. I am an engineer and consider this issue a design problem. Toyoto should be ashamed of themselves. When I contacted them they refused to help because 10 years ago they recalled the truck, inspected it and recoated the problem areas. They should have advised owners to check, clean up and recoat this area yearly.

only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

My family has purchased 5 cars with the help of Auto Locators over the past 15 years. They always take the time to truly listen to your wants and needs and we have never felt pressured at all. They have always gone over the top to take care of us ( I even referred my boss who purchased a car with them). We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to use them again or refer them. The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

I traveled a very long way to buy a vehicle from this company. Traveling back to North Carolina I had a some problems on the way home. I called the dealership and they immediately reacted and took responsibility. Instead of telling me it's my problem. They went Far and Beyond the Call of Duty with helping me making it home safe. Wow and they did just that. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle, to start right here before looking anywhere else. I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

I found a 2023 Ford Maverick online at Grapevine Ford. I called and talked to Caden.I asked him to take a video and identify any marks on the vehicle. He did as I requested and informed me the vehicle was spotless. We negotiated the price over the phone. We drove 260 miles to pick up the vehicle. It was as described and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Grapevine Ford and ask for Caden.

I love my Tundra my only complaint is the stereo system it’s supposed to be upgraded JBL but sound is very weak they should look at Addis Bose to their trucks I’d pay extra for that.

This Toyota Tundra over exceeded All my expectations I wish I would have got one sooner. I would recommend the Toyota Tundra to anybody very reliable comfortable truck.

Working in an auto repair shop the tundra is ahead of the big 3 when it come to longevity, durability, and reliability. My 14 has done everything I asked it to do.

It’s a gray truck the interior leaves a lot to be desired. The only complaint that I really have is the gas mileage and I’ve never seen a truck or drinks that much gas

Easy and Smooth transaction. Car was in pristine condition. There wasn’t much haggling on the price, their adds are pretty decent compared to the other dealerships I went to.

I had all the major USA manufacturers of 1/2 ton trucks, they were all junk. Rust was a huge problem, granted I live in the rust belt, but my Ram truck was rusting before the first 4 years of it's life with body rot, but because that rot didn't go all the way through the warranty would not cover it, it eventually did rot through about a year after the warranty expired; the Ford the frame rotted the worse followed by the body, the frame got so bad in just 10 years the vehicle had to be junked; the Chevy had a lot of body rot too but started about 4 years after the Ram did; all their transmissions failed within 110,000 miles. Numerous repairs starting about 60,000 miles. Now the my 5.7 flex fuel double cab Tundra SR5 4X4 is 15 years old and not a spot of rust, it has 118,000 miles and not one single repair. Maintenance cost about $340 a year for 2 oil changes and whatever other maintenance stuff comes up due to the mileage. It is the most comfortable riding truck I've ever owned but in all fairness all trucks have been improving their ride quality over the years. Performance is the best of any truck I've had by a lot; the MPG is also better than any truck I had before, my worse MPG I had was the Ford that got 6 mpg towing, otherwise it was 10 in the city and 14 on the highway, the Tundra in comparison gets 12 while towing, 16 in the city and 20 to 21 highway. The SR5 is a pretty much a basic pickup with very little in options, so the interior is not grandiose, but it's a truck not a limousine! The radio/CD player and speakers are also just the base stuff, so the sound is ok. Even though the interior is the low end stuff it's holding up extremely well, there is no wear showing on the seats or anywhere else. The exterior trim parts are all holding up extremely well. While Toyota Tundra does cost more in the used market, and that's because of their known reliability, it is more than worth the extra price I had to pay, it also means that if I sell the truck I'll get more for it. I use the truck for my business, and for hauling my RV trailer, and my friend's boat when we go fishing.

Just purchased a Hyundai Elantra from here. I want anyone who is leery of reviews like I am, questioning if alot of 5 stars are just bots, to be reassured you will get a 5 star experience here. I've only ever had used cars, and even with this one being nine years old, it was the cleanest and closest to new condition that I've ever bought. The previous owner had made some aftermarket changes to the dash I hadn't realized while searching online. The team was able to work with me to accommodate my, perhaps, off center needs (i.e. I was looking for a car with a CD player lol). I want to give a big shout-out to Danny. Interest rates aren't great right now, and we went with the finance company that responded first. In the day waiting on the radio to be changed, they received a better quote on the interest rate than what I had signed and agreed to. He could have just let it be instead of dealing with the annoyance redoing the paperwork, and I wouldn't have blamed him. However, he wasn't concerned with that, which seems unheard of. I cannot imagine many other dealers, large or small, taking that extra time to make sure the customer is taken care of from all angles. The owner was real nice and cared about me getting the car I wanted, not just whatever he could sell. Chris was super patient and unbothered the times I called in checking on the status of the alterations. They have 2 super cute dogs you can pet while waiting on paperwork. I've never had a car purchase stand out like this, which is why I'm writing this review. Everyone here has an approach uncommon to any dealer I've been to. I can 100% recommend C3 without reservation or hesitation.

I have owned this truck for 5 years and have loved every minute of owning this vehicle. I service it regularly and have never had any mechanical problems with this Tundra! Still smells and looks new on the inside. I am a nonsmoker so that helps.

Purchased the 08 tundra 8 years ago with 141k miles. Sitting at 243k now and it still drives the same as when I bought it. Other than maintenance & the things I wanted to add the Only thing I’ve replaced is the ac pump. For a half ton pickup I wouldn’t go with any other make. Would take it anywhere…tows and drives great while it still looks good going down the road!

We bought our 2017 SR5 5.7L Flex Fuel double cab new. 8 years later only one front turn signal bulb has gone out 😂. In 2023 we took a 3 month 10 National Park vacation towing our beloved Airstream 10,000 miles round trip. (I changed the oul on the road myself) There was no desert, no mountain no stretch of highway that the Tundra could not make. It laughed at every road we took. This truck has been off the chart amazingly dependable.

Very professional and friendly, good people to deal with not like your regular big car dealerships. Would highly recommend this place to others in the automotive market.

Runs well nice ride i have the 1794 edition and it is the best truck i have owned. my favorite is driving it on road and off it handles well and i feel secure.
