My wife and I have had wonderful experience buying the new RAV4 XLE 2022 from Westboro Toyota. Ricky was the first salesperson with whom we discussed the need for a new car. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful and explained everything that we need to know about the new car buying process very patiently. We had to wait for more than 2 months to get the car with the color of our choice. Whenever I called him or texted him, we have received responses which encouraged us to wait patiently. 3 days ago, we have received a call from BB, a genuinely nice, knowledgeable, and respectful salesperson or manager who explained to us the availability of the Car with the color of our choice. We have had friendly conversation with BB and the Finance Manager, and we got the car in 2 days after completing all works related to Car buying. It has been a wonderful experience. Also, we would like to let you know that we have been getting excellent service from the Service team for other Toyota vehicles for 11 years. So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

Most of my dealings were with Chan. He kept me updated throughout the process without putting any pressure on me to buy or not to buy. I finally did purchase a2020 Fiat 124 spider Abarth. The car is everything Chan said it was. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

I was a long time Chevy truck guy but decided to get a new 2021 Tundra primarily due to the bulletin proof drivetrain reputation. Got it right as the COVID thing was getting rolling, just dumb luck. The good and bad of the drivetrain is that it is a 13 year old design but with constant improvements. The gas mileage isn’t great but are you buying a full sized truck because you’re trying to save on gas? The power has impressed me since day one and the handling is great. The durability is beyond belief. Without going into a ton of detail, after a long day of hunting I was tired and probably should have let my son drive. I misjudged an automated tollbooth entrance and caught the safety curb going a little too fast. Both right side tires got destroyed from impact with the curb and I thought that I was going to have significant suspension damage. I replaced the 2 tires and it was like nothing ever happened! That was a few thousand miles ago and not even the hint of a problem, alignment is perfect and straight. Best truck I’ve ever owned!

I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

After 40 yrs of Fords I made the switch to Toyota. My Tundra has exceeded my expectations. I have had ZERO ISSUES in 2 plus yrs of ownership. Only complaint is gas MPG is not as good as my Ford but was expected with a big V8 engine. I would DEFINITELY buy another Toyota.

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

Working in an auto repair shop the tundra is ahead of the big 3 when it come to longevity, durability, and reliability. My 14 has done everything I asked it to do.

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

We bought our 2017 SR5 5.7L Flex Fuel double cab new. 8 years later only one front turn signal bulb has gone out 😂. In 2023 we took a 3 month 10 National Park vacation towing our beloved Airstream 10,000 miles round trip. (I changed the oul on the road myself) There was no desert, no mountain no stretch of highway that the Tundra could not make. It laughed at every road we took. This truck has been off the chart amazingly dependable.

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

I had Ford’s before and really like how solid my Tundra is compared to the Ford. I have the SR5 and it has plenty of power. I, only, wish that it had intermittent wipers. Very reliable and comfortable!
