I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

He was helpful, not pushy at all. …and I really like my RAV-4 Prime… it is so smooth and zippy to drive… and the supersonic red is extra fun.

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Upon our arrival at Braintree Toyota, we were in the "browsing stage", unsure if we wanted to buy a new vehicle to us. Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

I bought my 2001 Tundra 4WD in 2006, and nearly 20 years later I still have it. I'm 75 and I've owned a lot of cars & trucks in my life, and I swear my Tundra is the most reliable, most pleasurable-to-drive one I've ever had. Not quite 200k miles (yes, that's low by Tundra standards), but the engine is as peppy and smooth as when it was new. Never had a bit of mechanical trouble with it, which is something I could not say about any of the two dozen or so vehicles I have had going back 60 years. Only complaints: I think Toyota's paint jobs are subpar; backdoor window latches are cheap and they broke long ago.
