I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful. The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I love my Tundra which I have owned for 12 years and over 100,000 miles (now at 155,000 +). I just spent $2650 to get the frame repaired from corrosion. The area just forward of the leaf spring mounting has a plate mounted on the inside with rivets holding it to the main portion of the frame. This creates a space where water can remain and cause corrosion. My truck is babied and garage kept and still suffered this issue. I am an engineer and consider this issue a design problem. Toyoto should be ashamed of themselves. When I contacted them they refused to help because 10 years ago they recalled the truck, inspected it and recoated the problem areas. They should have advised owners to check, clean up and recoat this area yearly.

I live far from this dealership but they had exactly what I was looking for. The whole experience was very favorable . Everyone I has contact with was very professional and courteous. The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. In my opinion they are a top notch GM dealership . Keep up the good work😀

It's 12/29/2022, I have had my 2020 Tundra SR5 now 2-1/2 yrs. Other than scheduled maintenance and one recall, it hasn't seen the shop. This is my first Toyota and I absolutely love it! I only wish that the gas mileage was a little better. But, with the 5.7 that's the nature of the beast. I would highly recommend this truck.

Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.

I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

I can't tell you what a privilege it was to find and buy a car at this small auto store. So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

I’m the original owner. I bought this Tundra in Midland, TX in August 2012. Have had nothing but praise for the service I have received, not only from the dealer, but from Toyota financial services. Since I was a two time owner with Tacomas V6, I specifically asked for a Tundra V8. I wanted the power to pull heavy loads, knowing the Tundra is the one. It has over 156,000 miles and it still runs like a new truck.

Its new it has 700 miles on it. The gas milage is improving and it drives like a dream. Knock on wood thus far no issues. It is a more recent build 4/22 so maybe some of the bugs have been worked out. it drives like a car.

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

Impact sensor is failing causing that car lose power and prepared for impact. Seems that Toyota and authorities must pay attention and put a recall in place
