This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

I came here 3 times to get and help my peoples to get a new car. All 3 times I’ve had Ahmed help me and all 3 times he never failed to help me walk out of here with a brand new car. I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

I came home really happy after being able to get a beautiful Honda odyssey. All this would not be possible if Tim where not there.He did everything so we can get our van at a good price, he was there bringing us snacks and water since the whole process took a while. I don't have words to express how grateful we are with him. Just ask or look for Tim to show you the car you want to buy, and you will not be regret of doing it. So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

Kevin Glynn was a great help. He listened to me and what I was looking for. Walked me right over to a truck pointed out what I wanted and the extras the truck had. Test drove it and fell in love. I purchased a 2025 Limited about two months ago and it drives so much better than my last truck. The gas mileage is not what is advertised but I still love it

The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.

So far so good. Only 1500 miles in. Holding up to everything I’ve thrown at it thus far. Nice ride and comfortable on all drives I’ve taken.

My experience at the SC Toyota service department was as smooth and painless as I could hope. I was in and out very quickly and was provided a ride home while my truck was being serviced. I was also updated while the vehicle was being worked on.

I was a long time Chevy truck guy but decided to get a new 2021 Tundra primarily due to the bulletin proof drivetrain reputation. Got it right as the COVID thing was getting rolling, just dumb luck. The good and bad of the drivetrain is that it is a 13 year old design but with constant improvements. The gas mileage isn’t great but are you buying a full sized truck because you’re trying to save on gas? The power has impressed me since day one and the handling is great. The durability is beyond belief. Without going into a ton of detail, after a long day of hunting I was tired and probably should have let my son drive. I misjudged an automated tollbooth entrance and caught the safety curb going a little too fast. Both right side tires got destroyed from impact with the curb and I thought that I was going to have significant suspension damage. I replaced the 2 tires and it was like nothing ever happened! That was a few thousand miles ago and not even the hint of a problem, alignment is perfect and straight. Best truck I’ve ever owned!

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.
