I would like to say my experience here at AutoNation Toyota in Irvine was excellent. Allen and Abdullah got into contact with me to sell my vehicle. I came in, they did a quick inspection and gave me a offer. We negotiated and ended on an offer were both parties were happy. Allen and Abdullah kind and knowledgeable about the car and process of selling. Speaking to both of them showed me they put customer experience and satisfaction as a priority. After we made the sell they let me take some final photos with my car as I sold it which meant alot. Anyhow, the inspection, negotiation and paperwork took no less than an hour. So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

I just got toyota camry hybrid Le today. Yesterday I can’t sign on purchase agreement through the web to E-sign because I have no idea how can I sign on it.Tommy who is work with toyota of corona for helping me more then 30 mins over the phone but I can’t do it. He came to near my home last night and helping me to sign on E sign. Finally I did it and get a New Toyota Camry Hybrid 2026 Le. Without Tommy ‘s helping I can’t get a new car today. I purchased a 2025 Limited about two months ago and it drives so much better than my last truck. The gas mileage is not what is advertised but I still love it

I have had a couple warranty-covered issues with my otherwise-wonderful 2018 Pacifica. At J-Star, there was no hassle and they even noticed another warranty-covered item and took care of it for me.

Totally brand new truck from Toyota, built from the ground up. New design. No more V8, which is a mistake by Toyota. New 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBOS has very good power. 10 spd drive-train, DOHC. Rear window is a power window. Good seating comfort & lots of room for 5 people. My purchase is a 2025 TUNDRA SR5 CREWMAX 4X4 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBO.

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

The overall process of buying my Tacoma was easily the smoothest process ever for buying a car. April who completed the sale was more than professional and answered all of my questions, Anthony who handled the paperwork and financing was also excellent and made the process run smoothly. I will certainly recommend Tustin Toyota and will always return when I need another Toyota.

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

They look like they have a good selection of pickup trucks and clean conditions and reasonable prices and it looks like they have basic pickup trucks and sturdy and healthy.

I recently drove 3 hours to purchase a toyota tundra for our lawn care company. From start to finish the team at Elite were professional, prompt, and polite. It's 12/29/2022, I have had my 2020 Tundra SR5 now 2-1/2 yrs. Other than scheduled maintenance and one recall, it hasn't seen the shop. This is my first Toyota and I absolutely love it! I only wish that the gas mileage was a little better. But, with the 5.7 that's the nature of the beast. I would highly recommend this truck.

Runs well nice ride i have the 1794 edition and it is the best truck i have owned. my favorite is driving it on road and off it handles well and i feel secure.

I found Raj by accident… but now I consider it a blessing! I was in need of a vehicle after mine had been totaled parked in front of my house! Someone hit my car and it was smashed and not drivable. I was so stressed out car shopping and I came upon Raj and his Son by calling what I thought was a different dealership. I ended up speaking with him over the phone and immediately he was helpful and accommodating! I met him a few days later and spent about three hours there test driving the vehicle I was interested in. Him and his son were very very patient and kind with me . I brought my dad with me to check everything out since he’s a seasoned mechanic and he ended up approving of the car I wanted and we put our deposit down and picked it up the next day! Raj answered every question I had he went over everything in fine detail and spent a lot of time talking with us. I’m a mother of three so the car I have must be dependable and safe. Bought from original owner with 125k, for $14.5k, now 190k miles. Replaced throttle body at 150k. No other issues. It’s a bit of a ‘barge’ with the 4.6, however I trust the truck and it travels very comfortably.

I bought a 2014 Kia Soul from Diamond Auto Exchange. They have a super nice and accommodating team. I live several hours away and they were nice enough to hold the car for me to give me enough time to book a flight and travel down to test the vehicle. I have purchased 2 cars at Fairview Ford and both have been through there internet sales department. The process was quick and I got most of it done on the phone and email before I even stepped foot at there dealership. Most other dealerships tried to get me to come in before discussing numbers, but Fairview gave me my numbers up front and worked with me even though my credit was not the greatest. There service department is quick and very nice, I have had 2 oil changes and it was nice that they had a del taco right next door too!!!

We bought our 2017 SR5 5.7L Flex Fuel double cab new. 8 years later only one front turn signal bulb has gone out 😂. In 2023 we took a 3 month 10 National Park vacation towing our beloved Airstream 10,000 miles round trip. (I changed the oul on the road myself) There was no desert, no mountain no stretch of highway that the Tundra could not make. It laughed at every road we took. This truck has been off the chart amazingly dependable.

I have owned smaller SUV's and Trucks for over 30 years now. I have also wanted to own a full size pickup truck for most of my time as a driver. After driving everything out there, Fords, Chevy's, some Dodges (RAM's), and some other larger SUV's, I came to the decision last May to purchase a Toyota Tundra. This was greatly influenced by my time owning two Tacoma's beginning in 1999. They both were very durable, handled well, and had decent power. The Tundra has the SR5 package, w/ TRD Off-Road, the larger 39 gallon gas tank, and TRD dual exhaust, out of the box. I have since upgraded the suspension to an Eibach lift kit (just 2", very conservative), and added the TRD rear anti-sway bar. I will say this up front; there are better riding trucks; my son has a 2020 RAM, and it has an almost car like ride. There are better trucks for heavy hauling and towing... this is well know, because the Tundra comes in one flavor, 1/4 ton; and its a lighter quarter ton than many. With all of this said, you would think that I would not have given such a high rating, however here is the punch-line. The Tundra is its own unique vehicle. It has what I would call a sportier ride, although the rear anti-sway bar is a must. Once you add the sway bar, the Tundra handles very well, and behaves like a smaller truck... the Tacoma's come to mind. Power is very good, however the factory normal setting requires a little more "hoof" to get it to show its capabilities. If you put it in Tow / Haul mode, watch out... she gets up and goes! Many reviewers have complained about power, and having driven the other trucks, I can say that the Tundra is right in the thick of it. Many reviewers have also complained about the interior. There is where I completely do not get it. If you want "Kid Toy", or more aggressive styling, I suppose you could make a case, but I find the interior to be very well balanced, with easy to understand ergonomics. I like the interior a lot, and would not trade it for the other designs, that [to me] look a little gosh. The one thing that cannot be denied, is that fuel economy and Tundra do not go in the same sentence. When I am getting 17 or 18 MPG, I am pretty happy... when she gets 15ish, not so much. This is the main reason the the four star "Value" rating! If the mileage was better. five stars all day long! The Tundra now has almost 9,000 miles on her. I really enjoy driving this truck, and the overall ownership experience has been quite good. Bottom Line: If you do not need to regularly haul over 2,000 lbs, or tow more than 10,000 lbs, if you want an easy to use, and well balanced interior, and you might just like to have a sportier truck that can still do all of the normal "truck stuff", the a Tundra just might be your truck. Buy yourself a Tundra, add the TRD dual exhaust, and rear anti-sway bar, and have a lot of fun!
