Bought from original owner with 125k, for $14.5k, now 190k miles. Replaced throttle body at 150k. No other issues. It’s a bit of a ‘barge’ with the 4.6, however I trust the truck and it travels very comfortably.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable.Thanks so much!

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

Great used cars with low miles..... My daughter bought a used rav4 and KEVIN was great as well as Dave. I would definitely recommend Wellesley Toyota and buy a 2 year old and let someone else pay for depretiation .....lol

I was a long time Chevy truck guy but decided to get a new 2021 Tundra primarily due to the bulletin proof drivetrain reputation. Got it right as the COVID thing was getting rolling, just dumb luck. The good and bad of the drivetrain is that it is a 13 year old design but with constant improvements. The gas mileage isn’t great but are you buying a full sized truck because you’re trying to save on gas? The power has impressed me since day one and the handling is great. The durability is beyond belief. Without going into a ton of detail, after a long day of hunting I was tired and probably should have let my son drive. I misjudged an automated tollbooth entrance and caught the safety curb going a little too fast. Both right side tires got destroyed from impact with the curb and I thought that I was going to have significant suspension damage. I replaced the 2 tires and it was like nothing ever happened! That was a few thousand miles ago and not even the hint of a problem, alignment is perfect and straight. Best truck I’ve ever owned!

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

Totally brand new truck from Toyota, built from the ground up. New design. No more V8, which is a mistake by Toyota. New 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBOS has very good power. 10 spd drive-train, DOHC. Rear window is a power window. Good seating comfort & lots of room for 5 people. My purchase is a 2025 TUNDRA SR5 CREWMAX 4X4 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBO.

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car.
