only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership because of the hours waiting—the back and forth to the manager’s office for approval of an offer, the slow, slow financing process, and then waiting some more for the vehicle to be retrieved and cleaned. But Jay McCallum made sure we didn’t have to experience all that, even with his busy schedule. He made the process efficient, organized and friendly! Beaver Toyota has it figured out and makes what little wait you have very comfortable.

Amazing truck. I’ve had zero issues and a lot of fun. Quiet ride, quality, materials, and very capable. I would not hesitate to buy this truck again.

The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

Dealership worked with me to try to make a mistake right. Was told that a van I was planning to buy was AWD. Was planning to buy the van but discovered it was not AWD. They made a deal on another van on the lot that did have AWD.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

Such an easy car buying experience, I live in the Northeast never even considered having to fly out to see the car. Only bump in the road was waiting for car to ship as it was delayed due to 3 day holiday weekend which I can understand. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

I was looking for a good car at a low price and I found the buying experience to be smooth and easy and the personnel at the dealership was friendly and easy to work whit and the buying process was hassle free, in the end I got a great deal on the car I was looking for.

I have owned several different half ton trucks in my life. Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, and Nissan and to me there is no comparison to the dependable Toyota Tundra. Yes they cost a little more but once you purchase one you will quickly understand why. If your looking for a dependable half ton trucks then I highly recommend you a buy either certified used or new Toyota Tundra. If you've have owned the other brands you will quickly understand why you can't afford not to buy a Toyota!

Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

My experience could not have been better. Terrie was our sales rep and she was FANTASTIC. She made me feel like I was only sale for the day. She took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand. I had all the major USA manufacturers of 1/2 ton trucks, they were all junk. Rust was a huge problem, granted I live in the rust belt, but my Ram truck was rusting before the first 4 years of it's life with body rot, but because that rot didn't go all the way through the warranty would not cover it, it eventually did rot through about a year after the warranty expired; the Ford the frame rotted the worse followed by the body, the frame got so bad in just 10 years the vehicle had to be junked; the Chevy had a lot of body rot too but started about 4 years after the Ram did; all their transmissions failed within 110,000 miles. Numerous repairs starting about 60,000 miles. Now the my 5.7 flex fuel double cab Tundra SR5 4X4 is 15 years old and not a spot of rust, it has 118,000 miles and not one single repair. Maintenance cost about $340 a year for 2 oil changes and whatever other maintenance stuff comes up due to the mileage. It is the most comfortable riding truck I've ever owned but in all fairness all trucks have been improving their ride quality over the years. Performance is the best of any truck I've had by a lot; the MPG is also better than any truck I had before, my worse MPG I had was the Ford that got 6 mpg towing, otherwise it was 10 in the city and 14 on the highway, the Tundra in comparison gets 12 while towing, 16 in the city and 20 to 21 highway. The SR5 is a pretty much a basic pickup with very little in options, so the interior is not grandiose, but it's a truck not a limousine! The radio/CD player and speakers are also just the base stuff, so the sound is ok. Even though the interior is the low end stuff it's holding up extremely well, there is no wear showing on the seats or anywhere else. The exterior trim parts are all holding up extremely well. While Toyota Tundra does cost more in the used market, and that's because of their known reliability, it is more than worth the extra price I had to pay, it also means that if I sell the truck I'll get more for it. I use the truck for my business, and for hauling my RV trailer, and my friend's boat when we go fishing.

From the time I made the phone call and signed the document for the 2013 Tahoe Rahim form motorvation was kind courteous and understanding of my needs. Runs well nice ride i have the 1794 edition and it is the best truck i have owned. my favorite is driving it on road and off it handles well and i feel secure.
