I had an excellent experience at Maplewood Toyota buying a RAV4 Hybrid. Initially I was looking at a competitively priced 1-2 year-old used one which I found they had on-hand during an online search of several twin cities dealerships. But after a test drive at their site, my salesperson, Bobby Higgins, shared the new car allocation schedule with me and we found one with the key features I wanted that was a few weeks away from delivery. I was able to customize the order, removing options I didn't want and ended with up a new car for the same competitive price as the used one. When the car arrived a few weeks later, it only took a little over a hour to get though the purchasing process (no financing, no trade involved), review the key features, download the Toyota app on my phone and pair my phone to the car. This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

After 2 full days of trying to buy an Audi with cash maplewood Audi dealership didn’t want to sell me one of there cars at all I’m going there to give sales men there a little something for not selling me an overpriced premium gas using fragile cars I say that because Richfield Audi was more concerned about selling packages then autos I’d love to thank them to because I thought I’d stop by Toyota invergrove on way to Richfield and I ran into pou and and right away I knew this is the guy I’m buying from and within a few hour I was driving away a happy camper with a suv getting 40 miles mpg. I’m going to think about these people every gas station I pass for a long long time and then some and everybody knows why because it’s a Toyota. Number one selling anything in the world and most likely all worlds but don’t concern yourself about it there just here because it’s the only place they can get a Toyota lol love and peace to all thank you toyota

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!

So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

Darin was fantastic, one of the best we’ve ever had. Welcoming, friendly and so patient with us, especially explaining car details and lease agreements, sometimes more than once. He let us take the time we needed, didn’t rush us at all. Great job of training us up on the Camry 2025, especially how a hybrid (our first) works. Made sure the Toyota App was functioning properly before we left the dealership (it wasn’t at first), and took the car to the shop to clean a couple of spots on the backseat. He made the experience much less stressful than anticipated. Darin is a great Toyota rep and IGH a great dealership. We are huge fans and longtime customers as a result.

Love everything about it so far! I got the 2024 Platinum in Lunar Rock color. The interior leather is actually charcoal color (not black) with blue stitching and blue interior lighting throughout. Looks amazing! The sunroof is enormous, larger than the one in my outgoing 2018 Volvo XC90. I really like The JBL sound system also. Overall extremely happy with my new rig!

Just bought a used Toyota at Lexdan. I would buy here again and recommend this dealership. My salesperson was Franck, who was friendly, transparent, and didn’t pressure me at all. Ben, the owner, took time to walk me through some financing scenarios and he was very helpful and patient. I just had my trusted mechanic of nearly 15 years take a look at the car I bought and he confirmed what I already knew - it’s a great vehicle and the price was right. Overall I had a great experience at Lexdan.

I recently drove 3 hours to purchase a toyota tundra for our lawn care company. From start to finish the team at Elite were professional, prompt, and polite. I almost had the car shipped, and i am glad that i took the trip to meet Jose, Argenis, Ben, and Edwin. They treated me like family. I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

Tim was great. Took extensive time to explain EVERYTHING to us and no pressure, even when we left for a few hours to check other dealers. Nothing compared with the deal we got there, but most of all, it was a pleasure dealing with Tim who explained all the differences between models, factory warranty vs. extended warranty and much more. Even after the sale, he practically insisted upon helping us get my son's phone Bluetooth synched with the car, so he could make hands-free calls safely. I was a long time Chevy truck guy but decided to get a new 2021 Tundra primarily due to the bulletin proof drivetrain reputation. Got it right as the COVID thing was getting rolling, just dumb luck. The good and bad of the drivetrain is that it is a 13 year old design but with constant improvements. The gas mileage isn’t great but are you buying a full sized truck because you’re trying to save on gas? The power has impressed me since day one and the handling is great. The durability is beyond belief. Without going into a ton of detail, after a long day of hunting I was tired and probably should have let my son drive. I misjudged an automated tollbooth entrance and caught the safety curb going a little too fast. Both right side tires got destroyed from impact with the curb and I thought that I was going to have significant suspension damage. I replaced the 2 tires and it was like nothing ever happened! That was a few thousand miles ago and not even the hint of a problem, alignment is perfect and straight. Best truck I’ve ever owned!

Was in New Zealand. Contacted Peter about purchasing a new 2025 RAV4. Peter arranged it and we just picked up our new car. Both Peter and Josh facilitated the on-site transaction smoothly and efficiently. This was a positive experience in every way.

So far so good. Only 1500 miles in. Holding up to everything I’ve thrown at it thus far. Nice ride and comfortable on all drives I’ve taken.

They were helpful regarding my inquiry. However they did not seem to want to reduce the price so it is closer to my budget.

I love my Tundra my only complaint is the stereo system it’s supposed to be upgraded JBL but sound is very weak they should look at Addis Bose to their trucks I’d pay extra for that.

It's 12/29/2022, I have had my 2020 Tundra SR5 now 2-1/2 yrs. Other than scheduled maintenance and one recall, it hasn't seen the shop. This is my first Toyota and I absolutely love it! I only wish that the gas mileage was a little better. But, with the 5.7 that's the nature of the beast. I would highly recommend this truck.

Don was awesome to work with, I live in Owatonna. Called them up for information on a Jeep wrangler, I was unable to go to them on Thursday so he drove the vehicle to me. That is what sold that Jeep.

I have owned smaller SUV's and Trucks for over 30 years now. I have also wanted to own a full size pickup truck for most of my time as a driver. After driving everything out there, Fords, Chevy's, some Dodges (RAM's), and some other larger SUV's, I came to the decision last May to purchase a Toyota Tundra. This was greatly influenced by my time owning two Tacoma's beginning in 1999. They both were very durable, handled well, and had decent power. The Tundra has the SR5 package, w/ TRD Off-Road, the larger 39 gallon gas tank, and TRD dual exhaust, out of the box. I have since upgraded the suspension to an Eibach lift kit (just 2", very conservative), and added the TRD rear anti-sway bar. I will say this up front; there are better riding trucks; my son has a 2020 RAM, and it has an almost car like ride. There are better trucks for heavy hauling and towing... this is well know, because the Tundra comes in one flavor, 1/4 ton; and its a lighter quarter ton than many. With all of this said, you would think that I would not have given such a high rating, however here is the punch-line. The Tundra is its own unique vehicle. It has what I would call a sportier ride, although the rear anti-sway bar is a must. Once you add the sway bar, the Tundra handles very well, and behaves like a smaller truck... the Tacoma's come to mind. Power is very good, however the factory normal setting requires a little more "hoof" to get it to show its capabilities. If you put it in Tow / Haul mode, watch out... she gets up and goes! Many reviewers have complained about power, and having driven the other trucks, I can say that the Tundra is right in the thick of it. Many reviewers have also complained about the interior. There is where I completely do not get it. If you want "Kid Toy", or more aggressive styling, I suppose you could make a case, but I find the interior to be very well balanced, with easy to understand ergonomics. I like the interior a lot, and would not trade it for the other designs, that [to me] look a little gosh. The one thing that cannot be denied, is that fuel economy and Tundra do not go in the same sentence. When I am getting 17 or 18 MPG, I am pretty happy... when she gets 15ish, not so much. This is the main reason the the four star "Value" rating! If the mileage was better. five stars all day long! The Tundra now has almost 9,000 miles on her. I really enjoy driving this truck, and the overall ownership experience has been quite good. Bottom Line: If you do not need to regularly haul over 2,000 lbs, or tow more than 10,000 lbs, if you want an easy to use, and well balanced interior, and you might just like to have a sportier truck that can still do all of the normal "truck stuff", the a Tundra just might be your truck. Buy yourself a Tundra, add the TRD dual exhaust, and rear anti-sway bar, and have a lot of fun!

We bought our 2017 SR5 5.7L Flex Fuel double cab new. 8 years later only one front turn signal bulb has gone out 😂. In 2023 we took a 3 month 10 National Park vacation towing our beloved Airstream 10,000 miles round trip. (I changed the oul on the road myself) There was no desert, no mountain no stretch of highway that the Tundra could not make. It laughed at every road we took. This truck has been off the chart amazingly dependable.

Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

I own a few Toyota Tundras and they are very reliable. I was happy to find one with an 8 foot bed. They are certainly hard to come by

Excellent service and the sales staff is NOT pushy at all. We bought a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid with 16,000 miles from Maplewood toyota. A 100,000 mile warranty on the drive train automatically came with the vehicle. For a surprisingly small fee, we purchased another 100,000 mile warranty that covered the electronics and everything else in the vehicle. The salesman (Vic) went through the entire vehicle with us and made sure that we understood how everything works. With all of the electronics, this was extremely helpful. Vic took his time and answered every question we had. Vic introduced us to many other departments at the dealership and they were also very nice. Everyone at Maplewood Toyota was extremely knowledgeable in their department. I will definitely be a returning customer.
