Used Toyota Tundra trucks for sale near Ross, PA

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

I recently purchased a used BMW from Audi Sewickley. The entire process was as painless as it could be. Bill Rains, the salesman, was involved from my first look at the car until I purchased it 3 days later. I never felt pressured or rushed. Ryan Smith handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. One of the FOBs for the car was missing when I took ownership but Bill said that when the second FOB was located he would contact me to pick it up. Bill called in less than a week to inform me that the FOB could not be found but that Audi Sewickley would make good on the promise to purchase a new one from a BMW dealer closer to my home. I made the arrangements to get the new FOB with the BMW dealer who directly handled the payment with Ryan Keebler. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, with none of the normal used car buying drama. I was lucky to have Bill as the salesman.

The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

AMAZING! 10/10 experience. All the people who work at this dealership are so kind, witty, and knowledgeable. Specifically, Brandon and Jim were angels. They made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We laughed A LOT and felt like these guys were our friends - which is something you want from someone who you are giving your hard earned money to! These guys got to know me, know my preferences, and went above and beyond to make me happy. The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

She showed me around the dealership, was responsive and great to work with throughout the sales process. Finance experience: Finance Manager Steve N. was outstanding. He explained all the options for financing as well as the available extended coverages with clarity and confidence. All of the options were described honestly and I developed a nice rapport with him. I could tell he takes pride in his work and he earned my trust. Overall experience: Sales Manager Ricky J. was outstanding. At the time of my purchase I was looking at/comparing another vehicle from a different dealership and I was upfront about this. What really solidified my decision to purchase from Jim Shorkey was Ricky's flexibility in giving me a more than fair value for my trade in. I can tell this dealership has a customer centric focus where positivity and team work are at the core of what they do. I have purchased numerous General Motors vehicles and this experience ranks at the top!

So far so good. Only 1500 miles in. Holding up to everything I’ve thrown at it thus far. Nice ride and comfortable on all drives I’ve taken.

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

Love the new styling inside and out. I am getting just over 18mpg in mostly city driving. I have owned this truck for just over two months and would definitely but it again today and from the same dealer.

Although I love this vehicle, I am a bit put out with Toyota in general, because of the lack of fobs, and I have been talking to everyone at the dealership and with Toyota corporate office, and there has been no answer as to why I cannot get the second fob which I am entitled to. I spent enough money on this vehicle so in theory, I should have everything in place including two fobs. Is anyone else in experiencing this issue? I am reading that the supply chain on this item has open back up, but when I go to the dealership and give them my Vin number, they don’t even have it on the recall, which is what you have to have. Apparently this week will be under to even anticipate receiving your Second fob. All I can say is, shame on you, Toyota!
