I have been searching for a Saturn sky for about a year. I was fortunate that I found this dealership on the internet and was able to find exactly what I had been looking for. I was really apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen and from a stranger with the fraud schemes that happen all the time but I talked myself into it. The customer service was fantastic, the car is immaculate and everything they said it would be!! Thanks guys for restoring my faith in humanity. You are truly one of the good ones and I will recommend you to everyone.

This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

I purchased a 2022 Tundra SR5 with the TRD off road package. BEST truck ever! Great power and gas mileage (22.5) on the highway. I just went over 52k miles and have loved every mile!

So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

I recently drove 3 hours to purchase a toyota tundra for our lawn care company. From start to finish the team at Elite were professional, prompt, and polite. It's 12/29/2022, I have had my 2020 Tundra SR5 now 2-1/2 yrs. Other than scheduled maintenance and one recall, it hasn't seen the shop. This is my first Toyota and I absolutely love it! I only wish that the gas mileage was a little better. But, with the 5.7 that's the nature of the beast. I would highly recommend this truck.

They have a lot of trucks for reasonable prices. I recently bought a 2013 Ford F150 came out very clean. It runs good and I recommend them to anyone else who’s looking for a good truck

We bought our 2017 SR5 5.7L Flex Fuel double cab new. 8 years later only one front turn signal bulb has gone out 😂. In 2023 we took a 3 month 10 National Park vacation towing our beloved Airstream 10,000 miles round trip. (I changed the oul on the road myself) There was no desert, no mountain no stretch of highway that the Tundra could not make. It laughed at every road we took. This truck has been off the chart amazingly dependable.

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

Excellent customer service. All the customer service reps are helpful and polite. The waiting area is comfortable, but they provide an Uber ride home when the service will take longer than I want to wait. Their estimates of cost and wait time are accurate, although frequently they offer some savings, or the waiting time is less than they said.

9/27/2022 - Rick P. at Kenosha Toyota is a great person. He is an honest and straight forward specialist, providing me with all the information available. There is no pressure in buying anything there. They are always very social able and you always feel good leaving the dealership whether you buy a car there or not. Their customer service is great and it is what all car dealerships should be like. My old Rav4 just had a blow head gasket. I urgently needed a new car. I went to multiple dealership nearby and was expected to pay over $10,000 in fees that was not unnecessary. Mark up fees of $4,500, ceramic coating (that it is already applied at the manufacturing plant and I have to pay for it) service fee of $1,800. I was very upset leaving those dealerships knowing well that they were screwing me over for bogus fees even though I didn't buy a car there. At Kenosha Toyota, I couldn't be any happier. I purchased a car that I felt good paying for it. I felt good that I was not screwed by them and felt the pressure to buy. If you are looking for a new car, see what Kenosha Toyota has in inventory and visit them first before you go to the other dealers. An overall great service experience when ever my out of warranty Lexus needs service. Comfortable and clean lounge areas with plush chairs for waiting and plenty of connections for laptops or phones if you need to do some work while waiting. I always work with Darryl who does an exceptional job for me. He’s very professional as well as being personable. The Tundra has been a great truck. I currently have 162K miles, and it runs great. I maintain the vehicle exactly as per factory recommendations, and Toyota of Lancaster (CA) does all my maintenance. The only problem is the cheap two-piece OEM lug nuts that Toyota builds the truck with. The lug nuts appear to be nice, big, shiny, solid, heavy-duty lug nuts; however, they are actually comprised of a small, unattractive core (the actual lug nut) to which Toyota adds a nice big shiny-bright 'chrome' cheap sheet metal cover (the fake "heavy-duty" lug nut). At approx. 150K miles, the cheap sheet metal cover - having been beaten up by the Toyota Service Dept torque wrenches every 5K when I have the tire/wheels rotated - are battered at the corners and won't accept a standard socket. The Toyota of Lancaster (CA) Service Dept then told me that they could not rotate my wheels/tires because the "lug nuts are swollen" and they cannot remove/replace the lug nuts. When - in disbelief - I stated that I doubted that was the case and asked what could possibly cause lug nuts to "swell", the service rep told me (with a straight face) that sun, water, dirt, mileage, etc., all contribute to lug nut "swelling." I then stated that if my lug nuts are damaged, then Toyota's Service Dept and their careless use of impact wrenches are to blame as they are the only ones removing/replacing the wheels/tires. When I asked how much to replace the "swollen lug nuts", I was quoted "$492.50". I refused to pay that ridiculous sum and left the dealership. I then checked online and found that the OEM lug nuts that Toyota (along with Ford and Chevy) build their trucks with are the cheap, two-piece lug nuts that easily get beaten up by impact wrenches "battering" the corners. I found that I could purchase a new 'OEM' after-market set of the two-piece lug nuts online for around $31, but I decided to purchase a quality set of solid lug nuts for $105, along with a set of 'flip sockets' to use to wrench-off (using a breaker bar, and not an impact wrench) damaged nuts without rounding-off the corners. I removed (and retained, hopefully as evidence for a class action suit against Toyota and Toyota dealers) the battered OEM lug nuts and replaced them with the new solid, one-piece lug nuts and hand-torqued them to 97 ft-lbs. Think about it - Toyota sells millions of trucks and if they all end up with "swollen" lug nuts at around 150K miles (assuming wheel/tire rotations at 5K intervals), then Toyota and the Toyota dealers end up making millions of dollars by replacing a set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts with another set of twenty cheap, two-piece lug nuts, at $492.50 a pop!!! So while my Tundra has otherwise been (and remains) a great truck, Toyota's use of cheap, two-piece junk OEM lug nuts combined with Toyota dealerships charging $492.50 to R&R the OEM set with another cheap OEM set, has left me pissed off at Toyota and Toyota of Lancaster (CA).

only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.

I love my Tundra my only complaint is the stereo system it’s supposed to be upgraded JBL but sound is very weak they should look at Addis Bose to their trucks I’d pay extra for that.
