So far, an excellent experience. Just shy of 500 miles, and everything is as expected or better. This is my 5th Tundra and ranks in the top 2. Better gas milage, more power. Wonderful additional storage, with the rear under seat storage and ability to store items behind the seat. This was a key reason for going with the non-hybrid engine. Had the hybrid mileage been better, I may have chosen the hybrid and lived without the storage. Sleek styling and an improved ride with the new rear suspension. I am very pleased with this truck.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!

So far so good. Only 1500 miles in. Holding up to everything I’ve thrown at it thus far. Nice ride and comfortable on all drives I’ve taken.

The salesman I worked with Joe Kendall was excellent. The day after the purchase I noticed that a light strip was missing on one of the outside mirrors. The service dept fixed it. This is a big truck and it rides like a truck. It is spacious... especially the back seat. The V8 is nice one thing that appeals to me. My truck currently has around 48 thousand miles on it. I've had to replace the starter and a relay switch for the A/C. I've owned a lot of Toyotas over the years. This is the first one I've owned that needed more than just regular maintenance. While I would recommend it I'm not convinced it is a better value then a Ford or GMC as I once felt.

only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

I had all the major USA manufacturers of 1/2 ton trucks, they were all junk. Rust was a huge problem, granted I live in the rust belt, but my Ram truck was rusting before the first 4 years of it's life with body rot, but because that rot didn't go all the way through the warranty would not cover it, it eventually did rot through about a year after the warranty expired; the Ford the frame rotted the worse followed by the body, the frame got so bad in just 10 years the vehicle had to be junked; the Chevy had a lot of body rot too but started about 4 years after the Ram did; all their transmissions failed within 110,000 miles. Numerous repairs starting about 60,000 miles. Now the my 5.7 flex fuel double cab Tundra SR5 4X4 is 15 years old and not a spot of rust, it has 118,000 miles and not one single repair. Maintenance cost about $340 a year for 2 oil changes and whatever other maintenance stuff comes up due to the mileage. It is the most comfortable riding truck I've ever owned but in all fairness all trucks have been improving their ride quality over the years. Performance is the best of any truck I've had by a lot; the MPG is also better than any truck I had before, my worse MPG I had was the Ford that got 6 mpg towing, otherwise it was 10 in the city and 14 on the highway, the Tundra in comparison gets 12 while towing, 16 in the city and 20 to 21 highway. The SR5 is a pretty much a basic pickup with very little in options, so the interior is not grandiose, but it's a truck not a limousine! The radio/CD player and speakers are also just the base stuff, so the sound is ok. Even though the interior is the low end stuff it's holding up extremely well, there is no wear showing on the seats or anywhere else. The exterior trim parts are all holding up extremely well. While Toyota Tundra does cost more in the used market, and that's because of their known reliability, it is more than worth the extra price I had to pay, it also means that if I sell the truck I'll get more for it. I use the truck for my business, and for hauling my RV trailer, and my friend's boat when we go fishing.

I have been searching for a Saturn sky for about a year. I was fortunate that I found this dealership on the internet and was able to find exactly what I had been looking for. Toyota might be behind on tech, but they’re reliable and for a work truck that’s all I need. Yeah it’s bad on fuel, yeah it’s not buttery smooth ride quality. However, all I need is for it to start in the morning and get me to all my job sites carrying a load of people and all my gear. Perfect vehicle!

I have owned this truck since new. I have a little over 82K miles (I use a company assigned work truck for about 75% of the time I’ve owned my Tundra), therefore the relatively low mileage. I have a CM and the cab is super roomy. I recently upgraded the radio which in my opinion was probably an outdated system from the start. I tow a camping trailer a few times a year and do so very well, plenty of power. Have pulled the camper through smoky mountains with no issues. I’ve done several interstate trips and enjoy the comfort of the cab. I don’t see myself ever getting rid of this truck at all.

I’ve had no issues with the truck. The interior is nice. Good sound system and comfortable seats. The gas mileage isn’t too bad in my experience. I’m at and average of 17mpg and I drive it in an area with heavy traffic.

I sent them text message containing pictures of my trade, trade amounts offered by other dealers, and my offer to buy their truck. Two text messages later Mustafa and I agreed to a price. One phone call to seal the deal that took two minutes, and finally 1 hour at dealership. I was in the car business for 4 years know a good deal when I see one. Thier numbers are spot on. Not only fair but priced like friends and family. Nothing was promised or said that they could not do. I have bought well over 100 cars in my 48 years and have had few people as considerate and honest as Leo and Mustafa! I can't say enough good things about them. Best deal in 200 miles and painless to deal with. I know every trick in the book and advertising falsehood...they didnt hide the rebate to keep as their profit and gave me special financing. Love the new styling inside and out. I am getting just over 18mpg in mostly city driving. I have owned this truck for just over two months and would definitely but it again today and from the same dealer.

Totally brand new truck from Toyota, built from the ground up. New design. No more V8, which is a mistake by Toyota. New 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBOS has very good power. 10 spd drive-train, DOHC. Rear window is a power window. Good seating comfort & lots of room for 5 people. My purchase is a 2025 TUNDRA SR5 CREWMAX 4X4 3.4L V6 TWIN-TURBO.

This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

Bought from original owner with 125k, for $14.5k, now 190k miles. Replaced throttle body at 150k. No other issues. It’s a bit of a ‘barge’ with the 4.6, however I trust the truck and it travels very comfortably.

I have brought my vehicle in for every oil change I have needed. Always courteous and professional, my car gets a diagnostic check every time and is freshly washed. I like that the Service Department send out coupons, and making an appointment is easy online or with a phone call.

I love my Tundra my only complaint is the stereo system it’s supposed to be upgraded JBL but sound is very weak they should look at Addis Bose to their trucks I’d pay extra for that.
