My experience was fabulous from my phone call with Tammy, service with WONDERFUL WENDY, to my purchase/checkout with Nicole!!! My battery purchase was over the counter. The dealership would not have a record. However, Tammy asked WENDY to assist me. I found my receipt and WENDY went to work to ensure I received everything the warranty provided. Once my battery was check and determined to be dead, WENDY let me know my choices under my warranty. Upon checkout Nicole was great. All the women mentioned made this process easy. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

The dealership makes buying a used vehicle easy. I was able to complete my transaction on-line. Once the purchase agreement was complete, Sheehy held my car until I could pick it up a few days later. The sales and finance staff (Ony and Yousef) were friendly, gave me a virtual tour of the vehicle I was considering, made sure I was able to use the financing I found preferable, and treated me equitably. The general manager (Chris) was a consummate professional and it's obvious he cares about his staff and his customers. The dealership is clean, easy to get to off the highway, and has a cafe with real food and espresso drinks (not just vending machines) - which is a perk if you're waiting for your vehicle. Shawn made sure my time at the dealership picking up my vehicle was without hassle.
