Used Toyota Tundra Hybrid trucks for sale near Saint Peters, MO

I am giving them a 4 star even though I wanted to give 5 because: 1. I asked them to match a price that I found elsewhere, and they did it within five minutes! 2. They were very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails 3. The pick up process was smooth, painless, and easy. 4. They took time to explain the features of vehicle and help me get connected to my vehicle. 5. They offer free delivery within 100 radius!!! (WOW) Now for my issues: 6. I paid with a personal check, and they verified funds, but would not give me the title or a receipt showing paid in full. (technically they still own my vehicle, even though I paid them, not my fault if they don't cash right away or use electronic checks in 2025). 7. Some verbiage needs better clarification such as leather seats vs Softex and what actually is on your vehicle. (to date I am still a bit confused because the seats feel like synthetic, which is not what I want). 8. One of the documents says my vehicle is a Landcruiser 1958 and others do not. again confusing. Overall.....this dealership and the sales team are awesome, and I will both recommend them....and deal with them again. I just hope they will work on communicating certain things better in future.

I have been buying new and used vehicles for over 40 years. After making calls to many dealerships trying to find the elusive Toyota Tundra Hybrid I came across McGee Toyota of Claremont, NH. This was the best car buying experience by far. My sales advisor, Amber Wortman was everything any reputable car dealership would want. During the entire car buying process with Amber, it was apparent she was dedicated to her career. Amber handled all of my communications with professionalism and most importantly, with integrity. The buying process that has been established by the owner/management of McGee Toyota of Claremont, NH is second to none. The winning combination of leadership and employees like Amber make for a great car buying experience. I will definitely be back here for my next Toyota! The salesman I dealt with, Rob Fulmer is one of the best. Strait forward, tells you how it is without any hidden surprises. He was honest, patient and very professional. He easily addressed all my concerns and questions and I would highly recommend asking for him to be your salesman. He was very quick in responding as I was inquiring about a car out of state and he made everything very easy and simple to understand. Out of the other dealerships I inquired about, it was like night and day. I ended up replacing my engine in my old vehicle, so I didn’t actually buy from here but everything was set up to go I just had to sign. He was honest about out the door pricing and the dealership he works for doesn’t try sneaking ridiculous hidden fees like some of these other places. This review is the least I could do since I pretty much wasted his time. Thanks Rob and sorry again!

As my first new Toyota this Tundra is absolutely amazing! I have had many new cars but never a Toyota. This thing drives like a dream! Got lots of power to spare! The only thing I dislike about this truck is the turning radius sucks! All the other things about this truck is amazing so I will suck it up with the turning!

My experience with this dealership has been the best I have had To date. They went far above any other dealership that I’ve purchased vehicles from. My salesman Bob Halliday was phenomenal, he got me more for my trade and I had one issue with the vehicle that I wanted fixed . Bob got that issue taken care of while I was going through the finance part of the process and even transferred my property over to my new to me vehicle. The finance team got me a great interest rate and worked hard to get the extended warranty and gap insurance I wanted and got it within the amount I budgeted for this purchase. All in all it was pleasurable and I will look to Pappas Toyota on my next vehicle purchase.

What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. These two truly made the experience a pleasure and one I will recommend to many in the years to come
