Hennessy Cadillac is by far the best experience I have had ever in buying a vehicle. This is actually my second Cadillac I have purchased from them and I have nothing but great things to say! The concierge level service of greeting me opening doors all things I expect from Cadillac are given every single time. It is always neat and clean on the premises. And most importantly my deals are fair and respectful. Desmond is usually my service guy and he is absolutely always honest and makes sure I am kept up to date with any thing my truck needs without feeling pressured to buy or upsale anything to me. Even once sending someone to pick up a key for my truck when the other one didn’t work. I went to another dealer recently and found a truck I really liked and test drove that I could have purchased but didn’t because honestly I didn’t get the same concierge service from that Lexus dealership. Hennessy and Terrance made sure all my experiences were top tier. I have owned a lot of cars in my life and have had good and bad experiences on every level but Hennessy has not disappointed me one time. I bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid 2015 from this dealership two years ago, have used this car to do doordash and Uber, I've put more than 140,000 miles on the car, and plan to keep it for another two years, and getting around 40 miles/Gallon. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have over 2,000. miles on my new capstone and I love the way it drives and ride. My dislikes is the small letters on the controls and gages. I guess they took up all the space for the computer screen. The gas mileage is not what they say like 21 on the road and 16 around town. the price I had to pay over 82,000. it should be perfect.
