I just bought this 2013 4 cylinder Venza with 126K miles on it. I have the base LE trim. My primary reason for buying it is because I am 6'4" tall and this model does not have a sunroof. All cars with a sunroof have lower head room. The only minor issue is the suspension is very firm and I feel every bump. But that firm ride also makes emergency high speed maneuvers safe. There is no top heavy rocking like most SUVs suffer from.

today i went in for an oil change, but left with a bigger problem. i had a nail in my tire and my rim was dented. i was super stressed and overwhelmed as this issue could not have came at a worse time. however, isai lopez and chase perry were super kind, helpful, reassuring, and understanding. they helped me with a solution and we worked through the issues. i could not be more grateful for their help today, it means a lot to my family and i. super thankful for their service and support.

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I purposely waited a couple of months before writing this review because I wanted to see what kind of follow up Rainbow did and I wanted to go through the first service of the truck with their service department. I purchased the Sierra 1500 truck with the small diesel engine in April. It has been a fantastic truck so far and I am getting over 30 mpg on the Causeway. First, it was a pleasure dealing with the salesperson, Rocky Comeaux. She was not pushy, she listened and she answered questions. There were two questions that she did not know the answer to - and instead of making up a response, she asked someone in her department. Having been in sales at one time for 8 years, this was refreshing that a salesperson did not try to "look good" in front of the customer and not look like she did not know what she was doing and made sure my questions were answered correctly. Rocky has followed up with me several times since the purchase to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Second, I traded in a 2004 Dodge Ram truck with over 360,000 miles with the original motor and transmission. I take care of my vehicles, and longevity of the truck was important to me. As such, the long term warranty options were of interest. Rainbow explained them, and they treated me fair on my trade in. Third, paying for the vehicle was easy and picking it up was seamless. Fourth, I recently brought the truck in for the first oil change and service. The service department was booked for over a week but getting the appointment was easy on the app and I picked up the truck later that day at my convenience. The only hiccup on the service was that the DEF was not refilled. When I brought this to the service department's attention, they immediately apologized and filled it up asap. The service department was very easy to deal with and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them as we have a 2013 GMC Suburban still going strong.

I had the 2021 Venza XLE for 4.5 years. I just traded it in. I never had one issue with the car. Great gas mileage, comfortable, great drive. I recommend it for anyone interested.

I bought this Venza in NJ being that there were none in Pa . It rides like my Lexus and the gas mileage is great. To me it looks awesome inside & out . the price on these suv's are high but I guess you get what your looking for .There also quite when riding .

I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. Please ask for Dominica Moore (Internet sales person) and Anthony Aquino (sales person) at Toyota in Southfield, MI. My gratitude goes out to both of them. Thank you so much Page Toyota - A. Likes:Luxurious like Lexus yet cheaper, good on gas, excellent features, silent refined engine, good ride quality, stable at high speeds despite it size, a rugged car, reliable(with proper maintenance, it will easily last 300k miles without major problems) Dislikes:not so friendly rotors, the car can be slow with its v4 engine(though not annoyingly slow)the v6 is the better option if u prefer performance, this car is a robber magnet(if you have a flashy and reliable car, it'll be at the top of a robbers priority. This car is one of those reliable cars with fewer problems and dislike making it a super perfect car for me

I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!

Lori was outstanding in finding a loan company for me and was very friendly. I will not shop anywhere else.

Currently have 182k km on it, this car can be abused and will still work like its brand new. Highly recommend for new drivers looking for a reliable vehicle. Its cheap to buy, fairly cheap to fuel up and has great fuel economy

This is the best car I have ever owned. Currently at 228000 miles, outside of tires and oil changes (every 5000 miles), this car just runs. Very reliable. No major issues to report.

It has 3 usb ports. The ride is great but it's a crossover so can be bumpy like any Suv but not as much as most. The seats are leather, they all recline even the rear seats do. This car has lots of power!!. It's a v6 engine and it's gives you all the power you need for climbing hills, passing and more!!. This car has never left me stranded not one time. This had been a great car for me and it has a good looking body style too. All the windows are tinted but the rear windows have a good dark tint and it's not easy to see inside. The driver and passenger window are not as dark. Sunroof moonroof that opens rear panorama roof that does not open. In the very rear trunk area there is a car lighter plug for charging purposes and in the front there are two other locations of the same thing plus one USB port maybe two.

I bought my "Gold Umber" V6 Venza in 2013 with 41k miles on it. The only thing this car doesn't have is 4WD and a sunroof. It came with premium everything including a trailer hitch which I use for my bike rack. What I love: It has power, drives like a car, sits higher than a car but lower than an SUV, loves the freeway, and is super realiable. I'm put 115k + on this car since buying it and drive a round trip from Austin & Houston every two weeks for the past 6.5 years. The cargo space is huge with the seats folded down. I litteraly moved my entire 2 bdrm 1 bth apparment contents in this beauty to a 15x12 storage unit and used it again to move all of my contents to my new house. The only things I didn't move in my Venza were my Queen Matris, large couch, and dresser. Everything else had the pleasure of travling in my slick cargo tranporter with me at the wheel. Didn't want a car, wanted a truck but, I didn't like the ride and they are slow and don't carry many people unless they are huge, didn't want an SUV they are heavy, slow, or don't have the get up and go. The Venza checked all the boxes and it looks and drive way better than any other vehicle I studie up on. It's wider than a camry with lots of room and has power everything. Not so good: Navigation system in car is just a joke now. It's take DVD's. You have to understand this wa good for 2010 but terible now. 6 disc CD changer is awesome but, I haven't used it in 6 years. Some say the gas is terrible but, I drive 85-95 on the freeway constantly and I get at the least 21 mpg 23-24 if I do the speed limit. Gas it's great but, I don't give a dam. Maintenance: Over 115k+ miles I've had the following issues. Replaced 2 batteries (expected) - $150 x 2 Replaced both front rotors at 135k - $250 parts $100 labor Replaced both front berrings at 150k - $500 cash Replaced drives side visor at 155k - $39 exact replacement ebay Tail pipe tips at 145k(someone stole one) - Bought some really solid chrome tips on ebay for $12 bucks. who would have every known. Transmission oil change at 133k - two full sets of tires (Over the 115k miles I've driven the car)

I’ve owned my 21 Venza for 3 years and have been extremely happy with it. I have 31,000 miles on it and it still looks, feels and smells like a new car. I love the ventilated seats especially in the hot summer months. I drive a mixture of city and highway miles and average a high of 45 mpg and a low of 38 mpg. The car is very smooth and quiet and feels like an upscale luxury car. I couldn’t be happier with my Venza.

From new 163,000 km great running economical maintenance as well. One major glitch leaking sunroof. Entire unite had to be removed poor waterproofing materials used. $600 to repair. Don’t use sunroof that’s the only downside to car

I got this car because it wasn't a SUV. It was called a crossover, but it was really a station wagon. It has been a trustworthy and decent car. I would definitely purchase another one, but they do not make them anymore.

The size of the Venza and design are a perfect mix of car and suv. Needed extra cargo room and this vehicle has it. Plenty of seating space too! Love the bright interior color! Light grey and the double sunlights. Everything about this is perfect!!!!

Bought my 2015 Toyota Venza Limited. Driven 157,000km so far. Super reliable and solid car. Best car I've ever owned. Just maintained with regular oil and fluid changes.

had Venza v6 AWD limited since new 2013. aprox 48k. Just had to replace original battery. still on original tires, I change oil & filter every 5k, not 10k as indicated in manual. I expect it will easily go to 100k and beyond.
