I bought this Venza in NJ being that there were none in Pa . It rides like my Lexus and the gas mileage is great. To me it looks awesome inside & out . the price on these suv's are high but I guess you get what your looking for .There also quite when riding .

From new 163,000 km great running economical maintenance as well. One major glitch leaking sunroof. Entire unite had to be removed poor waterproofing materials used. $600 to repair. Don’t use sunroof that’s the only downside to car

Great Service; great attention from Service Director, Joe Dolci. Upon work completion, Mechanic Jack immediately took my vehicle "down the lot". (Wow!!!)

I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

First I want to say how everyone is friendly and the place was so clean.. The two salesman that I worked with were very professional Meego and Hank very nice and accommodating Relaxed in the coffee area very clean and coffee was delicious thank you see you on my oil change

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I’ve owned my 21 Venza for 3 years and have been extremely happy with it. I have 31,000 miles on it and it still looks, feels and smells like a new car. I love the ventilated seats especially in the hot summer months. I drive a mixture of city and highway miles and average a high of 45 mpg and a low of 38 mpg. The car is very smooth and quiet and feels like an upscale luxury car. I couldn’t be happier with my Venza.

Ms. Mabie was great! She was very responsive to my questions and was quick to get back to me with my requests. Too bad it didn’t work out this time around, but will be keeping her in mind with future car purchases!

It is more like a Lexus with reliability of RAV4. Great mileage of 40. The only problem is that if you get a flat tire on front, you will need to do alignment. As the spare tire is too small.

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. Bought my 2015 Toyota Venza Limited. Driven 157,000km so far. Super reliable and solid car. Best car I've ever owned. Just maintained with regular oil and fluid changes.

5 months and about 4,500 miles on the car so far. Decent gas mileage from 35 to 41 mpg. The 41 numbers came when it was new and summertime. Haven't gotten over 38 in the winter. Comfortable inside. I would like to have more knobs and buttons and less touch screen. Software is occasionally glitchy on the touchscreen. I wish the car would go more than 3 or 4 blocks in electric mode. I would prefer a hybrid that goes 20 miles or so on electric power but the Venza is okay. If you go more than about 15 mph, the EV mode turns off. Plenty of headroom inside but I have to duck down a lot to get into the driver's seat and I am a short person. So far the mpg are the same no matter if I drive 55 or 70. That's unusual in my experience.

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban. Liam and John were fantastic. Amazing is an understatement. I did not know there are actually car dealerships anymore that go this above and beyond and as pleasurable to deal with. A+++++++++

I purchases the 2014 Venza used with 30K miles. Over the next 7 years I put 80K miles on it. I didn't have one issue with the car. If you're seeking a comfortable ride that requires very little, this is the car for you!!!

I drove in to make an appointment and Cassie took my truck in for the service I was requesting. That was very efficient and appreciated. My truck was checked over an a couple things requiring attention in the near future was pointed out to me. A very positive first time there.

Acceleration is good for moving into traffic. Ride is great. Good on curves and going uphill. Cruise control works fine. Lights are perfect. Lacks front storage for sunglasses and interior lights could be brighter. Better method of cleaning carpet. All cars should come with maps, or the ability to add them. Window tint great. Heated seats should be standard, these work well. Radio excellent. Bluetooth great. Folding mirrors when locking car is great. Cruise control shold be controlled by voice. Lane control decent. Sonar great. Breaking great. Gas mileage with my lead foot is decent 37 mpg. Trunk, is decent for two people. Rear hatch opening options are great , dash, fob, and hatch door button option, close or close and lock, foot opening option, key fob lock option. Like the gas fill option on the right. Electric seats should be standard on both front seats. Love the voice phone calling. My car does not have maps miss maps. Subaru had my maps. Like the venza for the ability to exit car without having to swing and push up. It just swing my feet and step out. Great for seniors. Since I will be 82 this year I like this ability. No fog lights. All cars in California need it.

We purchased a used Ford Focus on August 3, 2016 from S&J Motor for my husband. He passed away in 2020 and I turned his car over to my granddaughter when she got her license 2 years ago. The car is still running without a single problem!

Bought my Venza new in 2015. It's been rock solid reliable, still runs like brand new, and the fit and finish still looks like new, inside and out. It's everything I wanted it to be when I purchased it.

Great car. 186k miles and no issues. DVD player is great for kids in the back seat. Wish I could keep it but I need a truck.

Best car we’ve ever owned we’re at 200,000 miles and still runs like new, the only thing I’ve replaced so far other than tires and battery is the starter at 175,000 miles. The one thing that keeps breaking are the sun visors,I’ve probably replaced them 3 times already,other than that it’s a very reliable car I would definitely buy one again!

Excellent vehicle overall except for manufacturer and/or dealer loading on worthless items ( non negotiable ) ie: small dent removal $639.00 and interior upholstery stain repair or tear repair ( of course with exceptions) also$639.00. When dealer confronted , Their attitude " take it or don't buy the car, we'll sell it to next buyer in line"

You buy a land Cruiser you have certain expectations 1. The Toyota techs know more than you 2. You have a nice experience when getting your $60,000 car serviced which includes coffee, a comfortable seat etc. Ira fulfilled these simple expectations and went well beyond. Unfortunately, Jaffarian wasn?t able to do either. While I would buy again from Jaffarian, I?ll never go there for service, one should be just as good as the other (buying/servicing) but in this instance it?s not. If you have to drive further to get service, it?s absolutely worth it to go to Ira. You?ll be happy you didn?t make the initial mistake I did
