Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

Great value - lifetime warranty at slightly more than a 4 year battery - service was excellent- don?t listen to the operator on how long the wait might be - for battery change they were very quick

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

Stopped by with a simple issue (at least it was for Austin) and was treated kindly by several knowledgeable Automotive Technicians. Friendliest folks I have encountered of late and I can't Thank them enough. Austin was cool as heck and so were the other guys I encountered. Should have got their names as well. My bad. Highest recommendation!

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

The only problem in this truck is no power seat and heater control only does one side . Real view mirror is to small . Other than that great truck !!

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

The new 4th Gen taco. It took some time to grow on me. But the style is much better then other mid size trucks on the market. It's great truck for what you need to do with it. With the massive 14 inch screen all new digital dashboard. New interior seats. Nice wide body shape. And it handles extremely well on the roads. Sure I wish Toyota would have made the rear leg room little wider. And added a step to the bed area. But overall it's a great a truck. The performance of the stock 2.4 turbo charge engine will move the truck.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

I leased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma and loved it. It was reliable but a little loud inside but that was fine. I just looked at the 2024 Tacoma and they got ride of the 6 cylinder and got a turbo motor. I don’t trust anything made after 202- so I’m looking for a 2021 Tacoma.

My customer service agent Steve Robles did an amazing job explaining the warranty process, kept me up to date on what was going on. I left Legacy Ford because of poor customer service.

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

Took car in for a recall and also got an oil change. Sara was great as usual. Was there for 3 hours and thats the reason for the 4 star review instead of a 5.

Great little truck. will pretty much do all you need. Although comfort and engine are very lackluster. If you're tall, 6' and up. Buy the seat jackers you will need them. Autostart is very clunky as the engine shuts off when you open the door (so basically the same wear and tear as AutoStart/stop). the toyota app is not even on the table if you don't pay the subscription.

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Additionally, I will be looking for a second car for my college son in the spring... Look for ME on your lot... I will be there again with this amazing team of people!

I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

Responded quickly and was willing to work with me on the selection of a vehicle. Due to the distance from the dealership I did not find a suitable vehicle for which I was willing to make the trip.

Not the most technologically advanced but that is what I was looking for, keep it simple! The features it has are the important ones, at least to me. This is my third one since 2011 and I love not having to bringing them in for repairs.
