On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jackie. Even though they couldn't find the vehicle I wanted they did everything they could to do so. I will definitely be taking my Kia here for service! They were very professional and kept me informed.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model S 100D at Metro West Auto Sales. It took a bit longer than anticipated due to some issues that needed to be addressed, but nevertheless they were addressed properly. The transaction overall was quite smooth and fair and I was contacted every couple of days with a status update. They offer vehicles with great pricing and they do not up-charge later with ridiculous priced doc. fee or any hidden fees. Eugene, Igor and Jana were always courteous and professional. No pressure tactics. They also assisted me with the incentives (state rebate and federal tax credit). I will definitely recommend them and consider them for my next vehicle purchase.

We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I am very happy with the experience I had with Continental Auto Sales. On June 27 I bought a beautiful 2006 BMW Z4 in spectacular condition. I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I had very limited time to pick out a car. I was looking for something reliable with low mileage that would last me awhile. With gas prices being super high, a car that was good on gas would be an added bonus for my wallet. After doing some research on Kelley Blue Book, Clinton Motor Cars showed up with a 2010 Toyota Corolla that had 68k miles in an elegant gray color. I reached out to Ryan and was able to go take the car for a test drive on the next day. We drove an hour and a half from Cape Cod to their shop because their prices were unmatched in our area for what we wanted. My partner was hesitant to go through a dealership because of their reputation, but the guys at Clinton Motor Cars changed his perspective. Ryan and Tony were able to answer all of our questions and make the car buying experience better then we ever could have imagined. They found us a payment plan that worked for us even when it seemed impossible. They made us feel welcome, taken care of and they even hooked us up with their insurance guy who gave me a quote almost 2k less a year then the competitors. Its been one week since that test drive. My car is sitting in my driveway. It was registered, insured, and inspected all before leaving the lot! I will definitely be referring all family and friends in search of a car to Clinton Motor Cars. Overall, 5 for reliability and value. 1) Surprisingly lots of room for packing my ceramics pottery, throwing wheel, lumber (just have to leave the hatch open and tie things down). Back seat goes down 60/40 split bench gives some options, too. 2) Good gas mileage. 3) I like the display/dashboard and different view options. 4) I did track my mileage, but it's so consistent with the low mileage that I stopped tracking miles/gallon. 5) POWER mode is good for acceleration. Used it for very steep hills and occasionally for merging on freeways. 6) Tire pressure warning light works well, since I had a slow leak that need attention once every couple of weeks. 7) Center armrest has deep, narrow storage and includes a USB port (use it for my music) and another cigarette lighter charger port. Could do better (4): 1) VISIBILITY: the driver side, looking left has a blind spot that is a problem when looking for pedestrians and oncoming vehicles on the left; when looking right there is less of a problem. The cause is section of the car that supports the roof to the body. The steep slope of the metal covers up a lot, as opposed to if the metal were to come down perpendicular to the ground that support piece would be shorter and it would take care of the visibility issue. 2) Cabin space: a) the dashboard seems of take up a lot of space, b) as well as the center, two-tier design that includes the shifter, 2 cup holders, and the storage compartment above; below is a flat, storage area w/ a port for a cigarette lighter type charger. Should've lowered the shifter and cup holders. 3) Water pump - I replaced it, but it should be noted in the service manual for technicians to somehow check that routinely since failure is a major problem. If you're aware of this problem, then be on the alert and let your service tech know about it. 4) Disc brakes - I moved to a place close to the ocean. Needed to resurface the disc and replace the pads because of rust. Someone told me that the Prius is better in urban, city areas. Makes sense. So I shoot down my brakes with water and drive it around every few days. 5) Low front spoiler, so need to be careful curbing and uneven terrain. Overall, I like my Prius 3. Had it for 7 years and like it. Would recommend it more for urban areas especially. Rural areas need to cautious of the terrain and need to be aware of corrosion issues if near the ocean, since the salt will affect the disc brakes (and obviously anything metal).

I bought this car used in 2023. It runs well. It is not the quickest car but it will always get the job done. I have the 2.5L 4 cylinder and it gets around 27 mpg on average. This car has never let me down and I plan on keeping it for a while. I would definitely recommend this car if you're looking for something that will last forever and get you from A to B.
